Hotel Fiesta Alteña — Hotel in Tepatitlán de Morelos

Stayed here just overnight, arrived late and without a reservation on a Saturday evening. Got the only available room at the second floor almost next to the stairs. It turns out this room is right in front of the hotel "bar" which is quite crowded during weekends. Music and tobacco smoke pouring out from it like crazy.||||Once the noise was over all became quiet and we were able to get a relatively good rest, this room did not have a working ceiling fan either -and since cigar smoke was coming in, we had to brace ourselves for some heat during the evening being unable to open the only window-.||I can only recommend this if you are planning to stay overnight and if you are able to get a room in a floor other than the second floor.||||In addition to this information, the hotel is well located and there are some good dining...

What an awful hotel... first of all booking was a horrible experience.... then we finally arrive and the room given to us... has a broken fan, the phone jack was pulled out the wall.... the beds look like prison beds with stained sheets and the mattress is as flat as the wall.... Very disappointed... you would think being in the middle of the plaza... things would be more updated.. by far the worst hotel I've stayed in...doesn't even...

Hijole por donde empiezo a mi me encanta rentar aqui , es de esos lugares a los que le tienes cierto amor y no sabes porque? ya que hay mejores hoteles donde llegar. Mi esposo siempre me sugeria otro y yo siempre queria el mismo, pero la verdad es que me he dado cuenta que la atención es pésima y la unica persona que siempre es super amable en recepción es un chavo el cual no recuerdo el nombre ahorita pero siempre es super educado. Los demas siempre andan super encarados y con una arrogancia bruta, como si te estuvieran dando gratis el hospedaje... 😒 en fin enserio que van dos veces que salimos un tantito insatisfechos de aqui. Aunque el premio oro sin duda se lo llevan las chicas de servicio de cuartos. Si es que quieren tener una experiencia por su cuenta en eate hotel , dejen propina a las chicas de cuarto ellas en realidad lo merecen y son super trabajadoras. Me xuentan que...
