Just spent 10 days here. Absolutely lovely hotel which is huge (30 mins to walk around the grounds) and not for people who have walking problems,we stayed in atlas which is one end and lunch is at the other end (15-20 walk) Food is the best we have tasted ever from an all inclusive hotel and the presentation is perfect. Food times can be busy but plenty of seating inside and out. One thing we loved about the resort is the staff, they will join you at your table and have their food with you (they always ask) it was a pleasure to have a member of staff with us one evening and he was such a nice man. Rooms are spotless and big, plenty of sockets in the room as well. Shower is also amazing with a shower head and a rainfall head, both gave great water pressure. The entertainment is very very good and is on in the theatre on a Tuesday and Friday night at 9.45pm. There are some shops onsite which offer everything you could want for gifts ect with a great store which has lots of wooden gifts ect. You don’t have to pay when you purchase something but when you leave so be careful as the bills can mount up without you knowing it. Trips….you can book quite a few trips with the team. We done a camel ride which was really good. Also done a small trip to a place they call mini Marrakesh which was also very good and showed you the back street markets and a real sense of Morocco and life there. We also done Marrakesh which was like this. You get picked up outside at 9am,they tell you it’s a 3 hour drive but it’s more like 3 1/2 to 4 hours with a stop. The guide spoke a lot of German and on the way there probably spoke a hour in German and 10 mins English. The trip was worth it as Marrakesh was amazing but very very hot and very busy (felt very safe as well) went to more markets and a lovely restaurant, spent about a hour on your own to wander around the square at the end of the day and left around 8.30pm and got back at midnight. We found German to be spoken a lot around the hotel, there was a few English people though. We spent £2400 for 10 nights from easy jet from Gatwick. The Robinson group have a few other hotels and seem to be a great company with a good reputation. All in all it was a great holiday and probably our best one to date.

Me, my wife, and my daughter just came back today from our holidays spent in this amazing resort. Whatever I'm going to write is not enough to describe how good this resort is. From the beginning, we felt the luxury and the care for details. The decor is amazing, the cleanliness spot on; there isn't a single corner of this resort that isn't looked after. Staff [are] absolutely amazing, polite, always smiling and happy to help you. Food...what can I say... it was very high standards even if it was buffet style. We never had such good quality in an all-inclusive hotel; from the breakfast to the lunch, there was always plenty of choices. The dinner time was just like a dream... beautiful setting, tasty food, well presented, and surrounded by an amazing view of Morocco's sunset. We also highly recommend trying the special evenings. We tried the surf and turf night, and that was like a dream. The food was just out of this world... the atmosphere with the sea view, the table decorations, and perfect service from the staff made our wedding anniversary night just like a dream. We also celebrated my birthday, and the staff made me feel special. The entertainment team deserves a big shout too... they are like the best dancers and singers of Broadway... absolutely amazing entertainment. And in the end, a big shout to the kids' club team, which made our daughter feel very comfortable and happy to go there and play with the staff and other children. I really don't understand some bad reviews from other guests... there is not a single thing wrong in this resort. Thank you very much, Robinson Agadir... You made our holiday unforgettable!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

We had an amazing week at your hotel! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine and a light meal in the middle of the night, which was a lovely touch. Check-in was quick, and the transfer to our room was smooth. The hotel has a relaxing, chill-out vibe. Our standard room in the Casablanca building was spotlessly clean and spacious. The hotel is quite large, so there’s a lot of walking involved, but we didn’t mind—it meant there was always something new to discover. The food was absolutely amazing! Buffet breakfasts offered a wide range of sweet and savoury options. Lunch at the beach restaurant was a bit more basic, but still featured multiple grills, salads, soups, and pizzas. The cherry on top was the beautiful beachside setting of the tables. Dinner was a whole different experience—the variety and quality were outstanding. We especially enjoyed the themed dishes, gourmet plate selections, and the state-of-the-art desserts. The beach was clean, though we felt a few more loungers would be helpful. The swimming pool area (with two and a half outdoor pools) had plenty of loungers and beds. For indoor swimming, there’s a pool located in the spa building. We also visited the spa for treatments—I had a divine full-body massage with argan oil (50 minutes of pure pleasure and relaxation), and my partner enjoyed a hammam session. We felt very welcomed and well looked after throughout our stay. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Most of the guests were from Germany, and the staff primarily spoke German, but we had no issues communicating in English.

Emailed the hotel prior to arrival with our room requests and Elvan was prompt to reply and she kindly accommodated everything we asked for, we loved both our beautiful rooms that were conveniently allocated next door to each other which we appreciated. I did mention it was a holiday to celebrate my parents anniversary though but sadly this was never acknowledged. ||On arrival there was no real greeting or welcome but the reception staff were friendly enough. We weren't given much info as to how to get around so we were just wandering around a bit lost when we arrived. The grounds of the hotel are stunning and immaculate. The golf buggy staff are lovely but we chose to mostly walk. We were in the furthest block from the beach but we liked this as it was so peaceful. ||The rooms are spacious with a good size balcony. The view from our rooms was beautiful. We paid for limited sea view and we were very happy with our rooms and views. Bathrooms are nice, just a shower which was hot and powerful. There is a coffee machine in the room but you had to pay for coffee capsules so we took our own kettle and tea/coffee etc which for a 4 star hotel isn't what I would expect but we were prepared so no big deal for us.||There was an iron/ironing board in the room which is useful. It is so easy to get bottled water around the hotel whenever you need it which is fab. Barista coffee is also easy to get whenever you fancy which as we are not big drinkers was great for us.||The wifi was good and I took a fire stick so I could stream Netflix as it wasn't a smart tv. All in all I could not fault our rooms and they were very clean. ||There is a sauna/pool you can use for free as a guest and we enjoyed this a couple of times which was really nice. Spa treatments were expensive but they had an offer of 20% off which by the time we realised we were a bit late. It would have been nice if they could have mentioned this when they emailed the spa menu as then we would have booked some treatments for our arrival.||The food was fantastic here and nicely presented with lots of variety so always something new to try. No a la carte restaurant option for all inclusive guests here which would have been nice as it is just one main buffet however they had a few rooms off the main area which all offered lovely dining areas. We personally prefer to dine al fresco when on holiday but this was a challenge. Dinner only runs from 7.30pm-9.30pm so people actually queue up for when the doors open to grab a table outside. This is not the relaxed holiday vibe for us. We were happy to eat later on after the rush but then the food was put away prompt at 9.30pm so then sometimes felt rushed to enjoy our dinner. ||There is a large part of the patio reserved for guests buying a bottle of wine which personally seemed unfair as not everyone drinks alcohol.||I do feel there could be a better system even though we still enjoyed it. It was nice that they also had an adult only dining room. Breakfast was great also and you could get mimosas which was fab. Noureddine the restaurant manager was polite, friendly and helpful. Most of the staff we encountered were very lovely and friendly just the odd few that weren't. ||Entertainment was good. We stayed 6 nights and only really saw one show in the theatre which was the greatest showman theme. It was great and we loved it but sadly on our other nights no real shows as such. There was some things in the bar area but it was too busy to get a seat and enjoy them. It would have also been nice to have a Moroccan theme one evening as we never really heard any Moroccan music during our stay, Hawaiian night was very well organised but we missed having any North African entertainment during our stay.||There are some nice areas to enjoy a drink alfresco but we just enjoyed an after dinner drink on our balcony most evenings which was so lovely as our balcony was great.||The beach was lovely, though when we went in September it was too rough for swimming. But even late in the day we always got sun loungers and it was very relaxing as there is no loud music which was perfect for us. Lunch was a buffet restaurant by the beach with lots of seating. No real service at lunch time but we were happy just to sort ourselves out. The views out to sea were beautiful.||This hotel is beautiful, the grounds, the rooms, the beach and we are very glad we chose this hotel. With a few improvements it would be perfect. I would recommend this hotel and would happily return. I could have enjoyed the room views forever they are just stunning. The balcony was not overlooked and the room was lovely and quiet. ||The cats around the hotel are adorable, we love animals so this was a big plus for us. We had a lovely cat who came to see us each day. This a big resort and even in September it was busy especially at mealtimes, thankfully the grounds and beach always felt much quieter and more relaxed.||If you are looking for a quiet hotel with a friendly vibe Robinson has this, they even have their own theme song :-) Thank you to the staff who made us feel so welcome and took time to chat to us. I did feel this hotel lacked the personal touch with guests which was a shame but we still had a great time. This was our second visit to Morocco, our first to Agadir and a Robinson hotel and based on this experience I would be happy to book with this hotel brand again as the standard...

ENGAGEMENT RING TAKEN FROM ROOM We came to Robinson Agadir to celebrate our engagement. My engagement ring went missing the only day we received housekeeping and the way staff handled it was disgraceful.

We were told to come back at 7pm to speak to management. After waiting for hours, we were told they were all at a gala. We had to call the police ourselves. Only when the police arrived did guest relations show up on her phone, laughing, no apology, completely unprofessional. We had to make our own way back from the police station after making a report and after police took photographs of the room, as we did not have much with us because we had to leave in a rush - we even called the hotel to help us get a taxi, they couldn’t even do this!

After constant pushing and specifically asking, we were finally given an informal letter to explain what had happened, it wrongly stated the ring was “missing” when it was clearly theft. We were also promised a list of who had entered our room, then told we weren’t allowed to see it and it would be given to our travel agent, which was not what we were told beforehand.

Staff treated us like an inconvenience from start to finish. No help getting to the police, no updates, no support, no gesture of goodwill, not even basic empathy - apart from one guy at reception I think his name was Robin but we are not sure.

This trip was supposed to be special. Instead, we were ignored and made to feel like we didn’t matter. Avoid this hotel if you value your belongings or expect even basic decency.

Response to the hotels response to my review: Thank you for your response. However, I must express my disappointment in both the tone and the content of your reply, which dismisses the very real concerns we raised following a deeply distressing experience at your hotel.

Firstly, to suggest that my account lacks a “comprehensible basis” is both hurtful and unprofessional. My fiancé and I were not only guests at your hotel but were also there to celebrate a significant life event — our engagement — and to be met with such indifference and blame after reporting the disappearance of my engagement ring is extremely upsetting.

You state that your guest relations team was “available at all times,” yet we were explicitly told to return at 7pm to speak with management, waited for hours, and were then told they were attending a gala. No one came to us with updates or support. It was only after we decided to contact the police ourselves that guest relations showed up — and when they did, we were met with unprofessionalism, no apology, and no basic empathy for our situation.

We repeatedly asked to speak with management and were often left waiting, ignored, or met with vague answers. At no point were we offered transport or guidance to the police station — we had to manage this alone, in a foreign country, under immense emotional stress.

The letter provided by your team, after persistent chasing on our part, did not reflect the reality of the situation. It inaccurately described the ring as “missing” — a term which downplays the seriousness of the suspected theft. Furthermore, we were promised a list of who accessed our room, only to later be told that this was for the police only, contradicting earlier assurances.

Your suggestion that our behaviour was inappropriate is frankly offensive. We remained respectful despite being ignored, dismissed, and offered no real support. Our expectations were not excessive — they were basic: communication, transparency, and care during an extremely distressing situation.

I stand by everything I have stated in my complaint and feel your response has only reinforced our original concerns. Your lack of accountability and the attempt to shift blame onto us as guests is unacceptable.

We hope this matter will be taken more seriously and handled with the professionalism we expected...

The rooms have been recently renovated and present a pleasant appearance, although they lack a Queen Size Bed, offering instead two single beds pushed together. Unfortunately, there have been issues with ants in both the room and on the terrace. Additionally, essential amenities like a water cooker, coffee machine, and stocked fridge are noticeably absent.

The overall facility seems a bit dated, and there is a noticeable lack of entertainment compared to previous experiences. The director, Uli, mentioned a new concept for Robinson Agadir, aiming to cater to a broader audience, not solely families. However, this shift has resulted in reduced offerings, such as the limited timing of the Roby Club compared to its previous availability throughout the day.

Regarding dining, while breakfast maintains its quality and freshness, the quality of lunch and dinner has notably declined. Meals were often poorly prepared, with tough meat and unexciting, lackluster salads. This discrepancy in food quality was unexpected compared to previous visits before the onset of the pandemic.

Service was acceptable, although it required constant reminders for orders and clearing tables due to piling plates. In past stays, the Robis were more accessible, fostering a sense of community and interaction among guests, which seems to have diminished according to Uli's remarks about the club's inability to cater to the influx of guests.

Entertainment offerings were lackluster, particularly evident during rainy days. The provision of only two table tennis tables and one kicker was insufficient for engaging guests, especially younger children. The indoor pool was too small to cater to families, lacking additional amenities like slides or loaner toys for kids.

This resort might cater well to an older demographic, but for younger individuals, it could become monotonous. Families and especially younger children have limited options, with a lack of amenities such as a pool slide or available toys for borrowing, potentially leading to boredom during their stay.

In addition to the mentioned concerns, we would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to some outstanding individuals who made our stay memorable. Toufik, the Front Office Manager, consistently greeted us with a warm smile and was readily available whenever needed. His dedication to guest satisfaction was commendable.

Our appreciation also goes to Toufik, the head of The Le Taj Restaurant, who demonstrated exceptional availability and attentiveness. He actively listened to our concerns and strived to fulfill almost every request, contributing significantly to our positive experience.

Furthermore, we want to acknowledge Ali and Khadouja from the service team for their exceptional care and attention to the guests, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Special thanks to Abdallah and Rachid from the Bar for their excellent service in preparing delightful fruit cocktails, adding a refreshing touch to our visit. Their efforts and skills significantly enhanced our overall experience at the resort.

Additionally, our heartfelt appreciation extends to Mohammad and Tarik from the Robys Club for their patience and dedication in managing the children, even in the face of challenging behavior from some of them. Their patience and commitment made a significant difference in ensuring a positive experience for all.

Finally, a special thank you to the exceptional team of the shuttle service - Bachir, Omar, Hichem, and Ribu. Their attentive care and service were truly remarkable and greatly contributed to our overall enjoyment during our stay. Their efforts in ensuring our comfort did not go unnoticed and are highly...
