Terrible Experience – Denied Stay and No Refund

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Airbnb. After confirming our reservation, we arrived at the property only to find that the owner refused to let us check in. Despite having a confirmed booking, we were left stranded without a place to stay, and the host provided no alternative accommodations.

To make matters worse, when I reached out to the owner for a resolution, I was met with silence, and no refund was issued for the inconvenience. It's completely unacceptable to be treated this way, especially when I had followed all the check-in instructions and was on time.

This was a frustrating, stressful experience, and I feel completely taken advantage of. I would strongly advise against booking with this host, as they were unprofessional and unresponsive to the situation. AVOID...

This hotel is a complete disaster. The rooms are filthy the floor looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks, and everything feels sticky and dirty. There were no towels, no soap, nothing provided. I had to ask multiple times, and the staff didn’t even care.

The employees are not friendly at all — not a single smile, no sense of hospitality whatsoever. It honestly felt like they didn’t want guests there.

The neighborhood is awful and feels unsafe, especially at night. On top of that, the rooms are not soundproof at all you can hear every single noise from outside and from other rooms.

I honestly regret booking this place. It completely ruined my stay in Casablanca. Do yourself a favor and stay far away...

Pessima organizzazione. Appena arrivati, siamo stati stati "accolti" con una fredddezza che nemmeno un cubetto di ghiaccio... La ragazza che stava al ricevimento avrà detto al massimo due parole. Ed è solo l'inizio.. Vedo che manca l'asciugacapelli e chiedo ma la ragazza, con aria indifferente, mi risponde che è attaccato al muro. Guardiamo in tutta la stanza ma non c'era. Andiamo nuovamente di sotto e la ragazza ci dice che avrebbe controllato. Passa un giorno e richiediamo... La ragazza sale in camera e lo trova dentro sopra le mensole della cucina. Ha fatto una faccia da scocciata. Come dire che per lei fosse scontato che fosse in quel posto. Inoltre, una volta preso, ci dice " si sono dimenticati di montarlo". Naturalmente senza chiedere, almeno, scusa. Ma che problema c'è? ! Non avendo spazio vicino al lavandino ( in quanto troppo a contatto con l'acqua ), una volta utilizzato ci ha toccato riporlo in cucina.... Ma non è finita.... Mancavano gli asciugamani. Siamo dovuti andare di sotto a chiederli e la risposta è stata "sono finiti ". Peccato che sarebbe anche un posto tranquillo se non fosse per i rumori provenienti dagli appartamenti vicini. Manca un regolamento. Per ultimo, una volta rientrati mi accorgo di aver dimenticato un paio di pantaloni e chiedo se è possibile verificare. Il titolare mi risponde che avrebbe cercato e mi avrebbe fatto sapere il giorno successivo. Aspetto quasi una settimana e mi faccio sentire io. Mi risponde che non era stato trovato.
