Visiting the Hassan II Mosque Museum was an awe-inspiring experience that left me both shocked and deeply moved by its grandeur and beauty. As one of the largest mosques in the world, the sheer scale of the Hassan II Mosque is breathtaking, with its towering minaret and intricate architectural details that showcase the pinnacle of Moroccan craftsmanship. Upon entering the museum, I was immediately struck by the stunning blend of traditional Islamic art and modern design. The exhibits are thoughtfully curated, offering a fascinating glimpse into the history and cultural significance of the mosque. The intricate mosaics, carved woodwork, and exquisite marble floors are a testament to the skill and dedication of the artisans who brought this masterpiece to life. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the serene and spiritual atmosphere that envelops the entire space. Walking through the museum, I felt a profound sense of peace and reverence, as if I was stepping into a sacred realm. The knowledgeable guides provided insightful commentary, enriching my understanding of the mosque's architectural and cultural importance. In conclusion, the Hassan II Mosque Museum is a must-visit for anyone traveling to Casablanca. It offers a unique and beautiful experience that combines architectural wonder, cultural education, and spiritual reflection. It's a place that leaves a lasting impression, reminding visitors of the incredible artistry and history that define Morocco.✨

One of the best places on the earth, I would say this is the most beautiful mosque in the world. The architecture of this place is amazing. I believe 1000s of people 100s aur designers made this place worth visiting. Every piece of art is eye-catching. Every work done is amazing. French architec, who made this piece, is amazing. It's made at sea and it's not a easy job but just a wonderful Doors are so wonderful and the word done on the doors so good that u keep watching for hours. Inside of the mosque is each and every part worth watching u keep.spendimg time for hours and enjoy the work done by the nation. If you are Muslim you can save entry fee by going at prayer time, non Muslims are only allowed in thsi mosque to see the wonderful mosque paying 140. Huge area of the mosque where more than 50000 can pray at time. I am not sure but this must be biggest mosque in Africa and can be one of the biggest in the world top 10 list. Our casablanca visit is worth because of this

You have to pay fee if you are not going to pray. Magnificent Mosque but there is visitors except prayers. They close the Mosque immediately after pray. Why they made such a big mosque if the non prayers cannot see it without visit fee. It is not a donation. How do you make the non-prayer’s heart warm about Islam! You have one of the greatest Mosque on your hand, to be able to use to invite people to Islam! But you wish to gain money. Please leave the families and children at Mosque Courtyard to be able to play. We should be the follower of the Prophet S.a.V. who stops the Juma pray for a while to be able to make warm children’s hearts (by playing with them) and then complete the pray. You may not find prayers if the next generation won’t play at the Courtyard of The Mosque.

The museum is considered one of the places that must be visited due to its distinguished exhibits of materials and pieces used in the construction of the Great Mosque of wood, gypsum, and various decorations carved on stone. And wood, white marble, and wonderful copper, and the museum is an introduction to visiting the Hassan II Mosque and gives an idea of the stages of the emergence of this building, which combines tradition and modernity, and not limited to that, as it includes interactive touch media devices, and multimedia devices to explain the construction process This building is even better, in addition to spaces dedicated to temporary exhibitions of traditional Moroccan arts, and kiosks selling amazing souvenirs.

Stayed at a hotel just next to the Hassan Mosque, so I could actually see it it from my hotel room. But the best experience was during sunset as the whole mosque magically lights up and especially the call of prayers makes it feel inviting even for a non muslim. Stayed there sitting on the steps at the mosque just watching people heading for prayers, kids enjoying their huge playground, families having a good time while I just sat there and admired the huge structure. On my return journey I could actually see the mosque from my flight. My advice is to visit the place during sunset. I did not visit the museum as I travelled along with a tour operator and they did not book the tickets.

We walked into the museum as soon as it opened and were able to purchase tickets for the first tour of the day. There were tours available in English, French, Arabic, Spanish, and Italian at the ticket desk inside the museum. We paid 160MAD each for both museum and mosque entry. While we waited for our tour to start, we walked around the museum. The placards below each piece, showing different components of architecture inside the mosque, are written only in Arabic. The tour itself was a great overview of the mosque and its construction. At the end of the tour, you’re able to stay inside the building to take more photos.
