This hotel was a disappointment. It would be a two or generously a three out of five. The entranceway is clean and simple but overwhelmingly hot and not really well staffed. The stuff that was present when I went didn’t speak English easily or French from what I could tell, and seem to be doing 1000 yard stare. It was difficult to communicate with him and I wasn’t sure if he was either listening or cared. ||||My senses the hotel is catering more to a backpack or adventurous crowd and yet many of the people there were middle-aged couples. ||||The positives: There is a large dining room and a beautiful beautiful pool. My son enjoyed both a Morning and evening swim and found them both quite refreshing. When we returned from the desert tent experience, there were showers available for us to get cleaned up. I do think it needs air conditioning or at least a fan that works really well. It was 44° the day we were there and just...

The facilities are clean with plenty of hot water in the showers and toilet paper . I used the swimming pool day for a week and it was gorgeous . Lots of loungers in the shade . Hassan the guy with the orange turban who works at the site was very friendly with lots of local advice and delivered our bread to the campervan every morning. We will definitely return to this...

The whole trip was amazing, however the stay in the desert was the highlight. We stayed with our 2 year old and our 4 year old. The hotel is very kid friendly and both kids loved...
