Lily the home — Hotel in Kyaukme District

We paid a bit extra to stay in the hotel building which included aircon, private bathroom, fridge and a nice room. Breakfast was included. ||Unfortunately we had a terrible leak coming from the bathroom but when I told reception about it they didn’t seem surprised and made our room up which was all clean on our return. That night I woke up to go to the bathroom but I didn’t see that it leaked again and I nearly slipped and fell. The next morning it looked like a swimming pool in there. If they know there was a leak, why would they rent this room out? It’s extremely dangerous because I could have slipped and cracked my head open. ||Unfortunately the hotel didn’t offer us to switch rooms until our very last night which was disappointing. And we were practically the only guests there. ||Breakfast was ok. One morning they didn’t even bother laying it out because we were the only guests so we had to ask every time we wanted something and not everything was available. ||I am not usually fussy but when I am forced to pay a high price because there are not many options, then I expect to get what I pay for. ||The owner however is extremely friendly and was knowledgeable about the area regarding food &...

I live in the cheapest room(20 USD per night) I think most of the visitors know that there are 2 famous hotel in Hsipaw, one is Lily, and the other is Mr. Char.... something. I stay in both hotel one night each. I like Lily a lot more than the other. 在昔卜有兩知名的飯店，以下是我做出的比較： -staff: so friendly. They are so sincere and regard you as a important guest. Lily的服務生非常親切，幾乎有問必達答，也不會感覺想要賺你的錢 -rooftop breakfast: 10 out of 10!!! You have a lot of choice and can enjoy the lovely countryside view of Hsipaw from the rooftop. The other hotel doesn't offer rooftop one and the choice is not as much as that of Lily. Lily的早餐是在屋頂吃，而且選擇也比另外一間豐富許多 All in all, the cost/performance ratio is quite high!!! worth it.

Both Lily and her husband are very happy and welcoming people. So much so, that my now 5yrs old son refers to her as Grandma Lily, and always wished to stay here. |The hotel is very well run and managed. All staff are happy, keen, friendly and capable. Rooms are very clean and the knowledge of the staff for local expeditions or activities is top notch.|There used to be a great little noodle shop next door, put has since been replaced by a phone shop. |The two old ladies that run the small handbag shop next door in their beautiful old teak hoise are equally as friendly.|The views from the top floor, eating and breakfast area are second to none, stunning. |The bets place to...
