Very good price for Bagan ($20 for room with bathroom) and excellent location. I loved the guy at the reception, speaks fluent English and is able to advise, arrange everything. You get a map of Bagan with recommended temples. Room was nice and clean, they made it everyday and even changed bed-clothes after 2 nights! Big and very good breakfast (fruits, shake, tea/coffee and one can choose main from rice, eggs, pancakes, toasts). They also have nice terrace. E-bikes can be hired just across the road, there are good and cheap restaurants next to this guesthouse. I would recommend this place to everybody and would give it 5*, the reason I didn't is that we found cocroach in the bathroom 2 times (perhaps old pipline is the problem) but I think it was dead already as they use some special spray, also I guess it is a common thing in Bagan/Myanmar. Even with this it was my second best...

It is quite run-down but if you are an experienced backpacker with low standards then it's a great place for that price. We first stayed in a double room on the ground floor (18, USD, shared bathroom), which was surprisingly clean. I mean yes it's bad plumbing and looks very worn but that's the way it is. Above-average breakfast (egg, MIXED TEA, pancakes and fruit) and very nice breakfast/hangout area on the first floor -- breakfast with sunlight and fresh air, even with some decoration.||The place is close to several dining options.||Later, we had an en-suite room (22 USD). It was quite nice and not as shabby as downstairs.||The reception is extraordinary nice and helpful and can organise all kinds of things for you (we even booked a bus over Magwe to...
I arrived at 1:30 AM after almost 20 hours going by bus and they opened me the door and accepted me so there's nothing more to say. They were really kind and offer to me a fantastic information about how to move and what to see in Bagan. I payed 10 dolars per night for a single room which was more than my expectations, I had a share bathroom and it was clean and they had hot water. Only one negative thing, they wifi doesn't work properly but for the rest everything was OK, so if you go to Bagan stay in May Kha Lar in NyangU and...
