Big rooms with simple but solid wooden furniture- tv fridge with fair minibar prices - no safe Bathroom with shower close to wash dish - which was showered with me -but not that problem . Silent ac - silent rooms . Breakfast good - starts early for sunrisers- some more fruits would be nice- good coffee.in the busy time 8-8.30 it’s sometimes difficult to find a place to eat -so perhaps try a bit earlier or later - but don’t worry there are not many people in the room - atmosphere there is relaxed ... Most important- they are interested to assist you in your plans - e- scooter(6000 per day) , or contact to your Ballon company - airport transport - or if you want room cleaning today- yes ,or no ? Tell them - they are absolutely correct and helpful. Room cleaning was really good - by the way. The transport is 5000 kyat to airport..so the location is good - stuff ( everyone)excellent-! Fuss free communication during booking, was talking with Ei during reservation. She settled everything including pickup at the bus station. We arrived early and were allowed to eat breakfast at a minimal fee, breakfast spread is not much but is more than enough, also allowed us to check in early. I just want to commend also all the staff, they are always ready to help and always smiling. You can get their assistance with everything including car and tuktuk booking and their rates are good.||||Location is good, you can walk around, it's also quite near the market. The rooms are very spacious with comfortable beds, toiletries were provided, bottled water, everyday. Really there's nothing else you can ask for. We had a great time staying there. ||||Just also want to mention that there is a simple eatery across the hotel on the main road. They sell shan noodles, very cheap...
