Protea Hotel Walvis Bay Indongo — Hotel in Erongo Region

I spent two nights here on a business trip and everything was just excellent, from the moment I checked in everything was just in place like a well-oiled machine, from check in to cleanliness and staff being super helpful. ||||The food was "out of this world" good. Breakfast is like feast to pick and choose from.||||With the Hotel located in the Centre of town it is very convenient for business as well as holiday as everything is within walking distance. ||||As for the room, it is modern, clean and you really feel at home. ||Try out the Flat if you can, OH MY GOODNESS, you would never want to leave!!!||||I will definitely recommend this hotel for both Business and holiday. ||||There is ample SECURE parking and even underroof parking. ||||You get great value for your money and you feel like a valued member of the "family" when you do a return trip. ||||This is the hotel to stay in with your next trip to the coast, I call it the smiling and happy hotel, form the receptionist right through to the maintenance team keeps on smiling and greeting you as if you are their most valued guest. ||||Great Value for money and very comfortable rooms.||||See you again...

I was in the one of the Atlantis suites and it was excellent value - a big lounge, big bedroom and separate bathroom. The rooms were clean and spacious, cool and nicely furnished. There was a short order cook at breakfast for eggs and the room service was tasty and was delivered quickly when I had a working lunch in the room. The wifi was more reliable than at the more expensive hotel where I stayed in Windhoek, and there was parking on site. The front desk staff were cheerful and friendly. The hotel is well located in the centre of town close to the port, the drydock and many commercial establishments. I got Marriott Bonvoy points as well.||Only two downsides are there is no gym or fitness room at the hotel, and secondly the fridge in the living space was remarkably noisy. ||There are flashier places in Walvis Bay on the esplanade but for a short stay I would recommend the Protea...
