⭐ One Star – Very Disappointing Stay

Paid ₹2000 for a single room, but the experience was extremely poor. Not even a complimentary water bottle was provided. When I asked, they demanded ₹30 for it, and still didn’t deliver the bottle. Very unprofessional behavior.

The room was dirty — cigarette buds were lying on the floor, clearly no proper cleaning was done. The overall hygiene and service were pathetic.

My suggestion: Pay a bit more and stay at Hotel Opera or somewhere better. This place is not worth it at...

This is a den of scammers and no one knows how to cook food. The menu items are overpriced and the food is literally terrible. The chefs don't even know how to properly put salt in their food. There are multiple items in the menu with similar names but different prices, and the staff will try their best to overcharge you exploiting this point.
