⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) My worst hotel experience – highly disappointed, rate it 0 as per a lot of my visit and stay in a different place.
This was my first time visiting Jhapa, and I chose this hotel despite the higher price, trusting the pictures and promises. During the call, they clearly said the room had a balcony view and looked clean and spacious – which is why I booked it.
However, when I arrived, they told me the room was not available and I’d have to wait a few hours. In the meantime, they put me in a small, dirty room with a broken shower and poor bathroom conditions (attached a picture for proof). I was exhausted after a full day of work, and just wanted to rest – but even the AC wasn’t working properly, kept stopping, and no one cared when I informed them.
When I asked to change the room because of the heat and dirty conditions, the staff was extremely rude. They told me it’s the hotel policy and since I was leaving the next day, I didn’t need a better room. I told them I had paid for a luxury room, not this mess – but they treated me like I didn’t matter.
Cleanliness should be a hotel’s top priority, and staff should know how to treat guests with basic respect.
Here’s my honest rating: ❌ Cleanliness: 0/5 ❌ Staff Behavior: 1/5 ✔️ Food: 3/5
I’ll never return to this place and won’t recommend it to anyone who values basic service...
Read moreI recently stayed at this budget-friendly hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and amenities provided at such an affordable price. The staff at the hotel were exceptional; they were always friendly and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. Both the air conditioning and fan in my room worked perfectly, which was a relief during the warm days. Additionally, having the option for hot water was a nice touch that is not always guaranteed in budget accommodations.
The room rates were quite reasonable, and for the price, the facilities were more than adequate.
However, there's room for improvement in the food department. While the biryani could see some improvement, it was still enjoyable and didn't detract from the overall positive experience.
Overall, if you're looking for a cost-effective place to stay without compromising on essential comforts, this hotel is a...
Read moreIt was a nightmare. They were too preposterous and snobby, slippery with their mouth. Untill you check in, they are very welcoming and humble. Trying to force stuffs but humbly. But sweet as sugar before check-in and sour as spoiled milk when the guests needed a favour. Fellow guest, who happened to be a doctor, had to be at the hospital for an emergency, tried to get out of there and pled for the door to open, but he was denied, after multiple requests and a long sincere and humble appeal, finally the manager demanded that if he had to go, he had to checkout with all his colleagues who were staying there same room. In the middle of the night all were forced...
