Worst service There was lot's of issues at check-in The person there asked us lots of questions We were so tired already by travelling The normal queries were okay, and that's understood, of course But who asks everything? The room was nice and big enough. Actually, it was my first time there We used to stay in Hotel Siddhartha on every visit but it was occupied so we thought staying at holiday home Maybe bad decision The restaurant staff really need to learn a lot. We literally waited 45 mins for breakfast We did order by calling from room But it wasn't ready And the staff working there are not ready to listen to you. They served cold tea, which we asked them for 4-5 times. The food was okay, btw Need to improve in contumer service and satisfaction.

Update: And again, we went there already knowing it's the worst our biggest fault. They do not have locks inside of the door, so anyone with the keys can enter the room. And that happened early in the morning a housekeeping stafc enters in a room of a girl? And the so called manager asks us to understand a small fault made by them. They said we gave you masterkey as the room key was taken by some guests, and they returned late night, which they never informed while giving the keys so next morning as the staff say the key there came and enters the room. Couldn't describe the feeling. Please don't visit there if you really don't want to ruin your time at birtamode. And about breakfast, we can't even call it breakfast. The food they provide...

The Worst Hotel Management wise. Date of incident: 15/04/2022 Me with my friends were on a bike trip to mustang. while returning back home we checked in the hotel holiday home birtamode. we check in the hotel at around 9 pm and we took 45 minutes to freshup. then we came to the restaurant and ordered some starters .... further we asked for the dinner at arround 10:30, rude manager said the kitchen is closed we had a hot discussion with him, but he denied the dinner. we told him that atleast you have to inform us that your kitchen is going to close. so that we can place our last order. "I feel as customer we deserve to be informed." regarding the hotel timings. then at around 12 midnight we had to checkout the hotel. later we stayed in hotel Hicola heritage nearby the the Hotel holiday home. we checked in the hotel and asked for the dinner the manager of that hotel is so kind hearted he manged dinner for us.

The Gist of the story is hotel is the service industry and this is not the service that customer aspects.
