Hotel Millennium Blue — Hotel in Changunarayan Municipality

The reception person/owner was really kind and polite. He called me back when i queried online about the room and was very honest about it. Check-in and checkout was very quick and easy. We were offered to choose 1 out of 2 rooms. The room was big and spacious. It was fairly clean as well. The attached bathroom was in a good state as well. They had soap, shampoo, toothbrush and a little cute toothpaste tube there. The towel was clean. The hotel is right by the road side near bus station and this road is the main entry point to nagarkot. So do expect vehicle noises during busy times. Loud music plays somewhere around the lower floors if you are there at the weekend but it wasn't a bother for us. We had a restful night's sleep. We were offered a slight discount while paying for our stay and the owner was kind enough to not charge us for the 2 cups of tea we ordered and it was brought upstairs to our room. The price of the room was reasonable. We stayed there for 2 nights and the host did ask if we needed the room to be cleaned after the first night, which i declined. It was a really lovely experience staying at this hotel because of the friendly service. It was our 4th time in nagarkot but the first time in this hotel, we will gladly return to stay here again when we go back to nagarkot. Thank you...

The owner and the staffs are incredibly polite and provide great service. The food is tasty. ( loved the dal bhaat offerings). We can go for some short hikes from there to various spots/view tower in and around Nagarkot.

There is a motorbike work shop right opposite to this hotel just in case you have a motorbike and need some repairs. There are convenience stores nearby where you can buy little things during your stay there. There is atleast one pharmacy and a bank nearby.

The bus park is nearby as well.

I've been here for 7 nights and will be here for another week. No complaints yet.

Overall, a great place to be to spend some time alone or with friends and family in a clean and quiet environment away from the hustle and bustle of Kathmandu Valley. It can get a little noisy in the whole Nagarkot area up until the late might during particular times of the year for example the new years and other festivities as people from the cities flock to places like Nagarkot. I think hotel was recently opened and it was super clean with nice room. As soon as we enter the hotel we find very clean, humble and friendly staff also nice food.
