This hotel is quite new, they had built it just before the first COVID lockdown. First of all the location is nice, its away from the hustle of the dhulikhel market and also away from the annoying sounds of the highway. But, the location is not good if you are here to look at the mountains. The lobby is clean and has sofas to sit in. The rooms are OK. I especially found the bed to be firm and comfortable. I stayed for 2 weeks for work and i never had a backache. The rooms are ok in size. They have a TV, perfectly positioned. A work table and chair is there, its ok. And also a coffee table with chairs are put in the medium sized rooms, good to have breakfast. They also have a small fridge, which was pleasantly suprising. Bathroom is clean, spacious and has instant hot water. Bed sheets were clean and room service was good. I enjoyed the food, especially their Thakali thali. It was hygeinic and tasty. The restaurant is in the ground floor, tables are spacious. You can also sit in the garden comfortably. You can arrange a small party here in the garden as well. The staff are very friendly and hardworking. The rates are reasonable. I dont think this is the place for a vacation, because you cant enjoy the view much, but if you are here for work or meetings, and on a budget, this place is...

Bathrooms were dirty. Slide doors were broken. Hair Balls were on the aluminum path of slide doors. Walls filled with webs. Dirty
TV cords were unattended and unplugged Hence, TV didn’t work. Whereas TV and Kettle were mandatory two facilities of my booking.
Blankets are in worst contritions ! Even the spare ones are in worst conditions. Sperm marks everywhere from previous users. Almost felt like vomiting 🤮
Unprofessional. Cleaners left things scattered all over the walking passage while I checked in.
Wifi information given to me was Zero. The staff made me scan QR. Also, when power cut occurs, Wifi doesn’t work.
Regretting the choice I made. In NRs. 2000 /- Bhaktapur area provides Units with the best bathrooms. Dhulikhel being a weekend hub and me checking in on Friday really leaves no excuse for the...
Read moreSo this guy called me after I left a review on booking.com. He talked about me and my country and how I was unreasonable. I wrote an honest review about his hotel and the manager or the person who dealt with us. With the dire situation we were in because of a road block we requested if our group (5 of us) could stay in the room. The room and the beds were big enough to fit us. He denied the request. After that we requested if atleast 3 people could stay in the room. He denied that request as well as asked for 2000 NPR per person extra on top of the room charge. So we cancelled the booking. We were on a budget during our travel. One person from the hotel then decided to call me on whatsapp and decided to harass me stating I am a bad tourist and said he has recorded my call. He wasn't even willing to listen to my...
