OYO 205 Geranium garden resort — Hotel in Dhulikhel

Very good quality and service with a staff and owner more than helpful if you need any kind of info about the area or even the entire Nepal. Accurate info from knowledgeable owner. We found the place by chance and finally stayed 2 nights. Fairly quiet time of the year so many opportunities to interact with the staff. Good food and friendly atmosphere |But .... as I writing this review I realize it would have been 20% cheaper to book online instead of show up without reservation and we would have had a complimentary breakfast that we actually had to pay. Online rates are around 1700 roupies ( TripAdvisor, Expedia.com, ....) breakfast included , we paid 2500 without complimentary breakfast.... not fair and disappointing. The online rate actually reflects more the price for this off season time. |However, it remains it is a good place to stay and eat with a nice backyard to enjoy a sunny moment and a top roof to enjoy the panoramic view on the Himalayas....
