The hotel's location is highly advantageous, as it is conveniently situated on the main highway and in close proximity to all major tourist attractions. However, it is regrettable to note that the service provided by the hotel is severely lacking in quality. Upon entering my room, I discovered that the fan was not functioning properly. Although an electrician promptly arrived to address the issue, the solution provided was a direct connection, rendering it impossible to switch off the fan as needed. Furthermore, during the late hours of the night, a voltage problem occurred, resulting in a complete loss of electricity in my room. I stayed there for 1 night. We were 6 people. The hospitality and the service provided to us was like we stayed in a 5 star hotel. Truly one of my best experiences in my travels. The manager "Gaurav Maskey" and other staff were very friendly, he really made our travel to gorkha easy. He and other staffs helped us with rooms, food and even transport to stroll gorkha as well as back to kathmandu. They even provided us with a guide for free.
