My recent stay at Hotel Plazzo was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the elegant ambiance, warm hospitality, and attention to detail that made my experience truly memorable.

The rooms are spacious, spotless, and tastefully designed, offering all the modern amenities you could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like the complimentary snacks, luxury toiletries, and efficient room service.

Speaking of the restaurant—the food was absolutely delicious! Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic spread, and dining in the evening was a delight.

We never expected this hotel to be so luxurious. We found this hotel online and booked it at under Rs 1.5k for 1 night for 2 people on offer price, usually the money needed is 3.5k otherwise. The cost of breakfast is included in that price. There are plenty of hotels around but this one easily stands out with its design, especially at night. The receptionist is polite and very helpful with the queries. They have a functioning lift in the building. A smart key card shaped like a normal bank card is provided and is needed in the room to enable all the lights, tvs and fans in the room. The clean rooms are very quiet, soundproofing is real here. The management is really great along with the customer service. The breakfast we chose was Asian and Continental. Service was quick and the behaviour of the staff was friendly. The locks of the door were all not working. It was easy to get into our room, and when I asked a receptionist to change our room as we were not comfortable in a malfunctioning door lock he was extremely rude and refused to change our room. He even said he could buy us 2 rooms in the money we paid. Extremely unprofessional behavior by 1 staff. Even after confronting the manager he was extremely aggressive and not guilty. He constantly blamed us that the door lock works when it didn't. The 1st time experience was good but the door locks were a problem at that time too but we managed. The second time in this hotel and 1 receptionist took us for granted and ruined our whole mood, and night. The room was so noisy that we couldn't sleep whole night. Stray dogs noise didn't let us blink. We were there after a 12 hour journey and that staff ruined our stay and was extremely rude and aggressive towards us. Food was expensive but...
