Himalayan Java Coffee - Kalanki — Restaurant in Kathmandu Metropolitan City

I visit the Kalanki branch frequently and what I find is some of the staffs undertrained in terms of service and hospitality. I recently had a encounter with one of the staffs. The table I was sitting in was rocking. The table was moving constantly making it hard to get my work done. When I informed about it, the staff's response was very blunt.

Response: "What can I do about it? Just change your table."

The response seem to be unprofessional and not fit for cafes marketing as a neighbourhood coffee shop and workplace. This would definitely discourage me from coming to the coffee shop. I hope the management assess the current training and direction provided to...

I visit this place very often for Americano but usually it’s not like that, there was 2 staff on the cash who was busy with their talks about the rules and regulations of their management which was clearly listened by all the costumer, I used to get menu in the table or they used to approach to take the orders but this time after 5 minutes I help myself to place the order in the counter and interrupt their conversation 😂😂😂, Americano was served promptly without any response and I still thanked her but she didn’t even care at all……. I visited this place two days back with my 2 girls and a friend of theirs. The moment we entered; we knew something was wrong. The place stinky and suffocating. I kept telling them to put fans and AC but it didn’t matter to them. I ordered coffee and sandwich and felt sick right away. I felt like throwing up and left the place quickly.
