The Burger House & Crunchy Fried Chicken kalanki — Restaurant in Kathmandu Metropolitan City

It used to be so good back then.. It was my go-to place but Aile ta I'm so disappointed.. so unprofessional, lacking.. first of all they took unnecessarily long time to take the order and got it all wrong.. ok might have been my fault but come on I repeated more than enough.. Ordered a vanilla frappe, causally gave one with butterscotch, and when I asked them why it's not vanilla said that they were out of it so they used butterscotch.. bro atleast ask us first how could you just do whatever you want.. next time if I order a pizza they might be causally saying "we ran out of cheese so heres mayonnaise" and not even be sorry about it not an ounce!! Come on I know it was all packed and all but how can you just do whatever you please.. this is really concerning I've have had enough of this place, one that used to be best on the town has now...

I went to this restaurant today around 9 pm. I went to order 2 pcs of crunchy, I told them to make the chicken fresh. first they accepted my order and after 10 min the guy came in and told me the crunchy fry chicken was not available and told me the only option was HOT WINGS, the wings were so bad, and I am sure they didn't make it fresh. Very bad.

The second issue is the restaurant which has the name of the burger house and the crunchy chicken doesn't have 2 crunchy...

Quality of service should be improved so the order shouldn't be messed up. As I was alone and ordered Buff hot dog and Crunchy fried chicken, I told them to bring the hot dog first but they brought both of my order at a same time. So i had to send one back to hold for sometime as i couldn't eat both at a same time.

And lastly the bathroom should be properly cleaned so it can match the standard of the...
