I had a fantastic stay at Nepal's first robot hotel ! The hotel offers a unique experience, combining cutting-edge technology with comfort. I stayed in a suite that had amazing amenities, including a personal massage chair, treadmill, and a large bathroom with a Jacuzzi. The thali dinner I had was absolutely delicious! One of the highlights of my stay was the use of robots. For the first time, a robot delivered my food right to my room! It was such a fun and futuristic experience. The hotel staff were also great, and I want to especially mention Prashant at the front desk. He was incredibly professional and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Not only did he offer me a discount on the room, but he also showed me around the hotel and explained all the fantastic facilities. One of the worst hospitality and amenities service in my life . I have ordered club sandwich but they don’t give us Spoon , Fork and cutting knife . I complained it to the receptionist but she tell simple word “ STAFF ARE BUSY SO THEY CANNOT PROVIDE “ how simple She tell i was so socked they even don’t apologize their mistake .
