The resort is beautiful, with amazing sunrise and sunset views. You can even get to see the Himalayan range on a clear day. We weren't that lucky but we got to experience an amazing sunrise right from our balcony. The rooms are impeccably clean and beautiful with all the necessary facilities available. Our room had a huge balcony that allowed us some great views in the morning. The resort has an in-house kitchen that you can order your food from. Dinner was average but we liked the breakfast, which was included in the package. Coming to the cons, the resort is a bit remote and one should be prepared for a lot of stairs. The resort has WiFi connection and decent network inside, but once you come up outside the resort, you will barely get any network due to its remote location. The bathroom had hot water initially but ran out of it later. Another issue that we had was of disturbance from the next room. The balcony was actually a single long one for two rooms, divided by a divider, with us getting the larger share of it. The resort seems to attract a lot of locals during weekends who come to party, which kind of became a menace for us. The next door guests kept playing loud music in the balcony till late night and even in the morning. I eventually asked them to reduce the volume the next morning as we were trying to have a quiet breakfast in our room. I feel the hotel needs to have stricter policy about noise especially at ungodly hours and work on having soundproof rooms.

Everest Manla Resort, perched near the summit of Nagarkot, offers guests breathtaking panoramic views of the Himalayan ranges, mainly Langtam range. even we heard that Mount Everest is visible on clear days. Room: We stayed at their everest rooms. The room was good. But it is a must to have a mirror in the room. Also these new rooms don't have any window or ventilators in the washroom. Service: Service was good. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Food : Breakfast and dinner was complimentary buffet with the booking. For breakfast they serve bread , omlet, puri, tarkari, chicken sausage, fruits. For dinner, they serve rice , dal, tarkari, chicken, papad, suji/ gajar halwa You have to reach the food place on time because later you might get the food 🙃 But if you ask they will arrange for you. Terrace : it's a very good place to view sunrise and mountain view. Earlier it was not a well known place but now it has a huge craze for what I feel , even now local people are thronged into here staying for one and doing tik tok in the terrace

Very mediocre hotel for such price (32$) food is also expensive, beer is ridiculously expensive. No hot water. I was told that it will be warm enough to sleep in the night. But I still asked for a heater. Heater didn't help it was freezing cold probably 16-17 degrees in our room. Electricity was disappearing few times. One of electrical sockets was loose and not working properly and only 3 in the room! Very stinky smell in a room. No sound isolation - I heard my neighbors peeing through the wall!! Very noisy for the same reason. Very humid in a room. Breakfast was ok and views are great too. Food was mediocre, strangely no taste, no spices nothing. A lot of mess around the houses, trash, construction waste and old stuff. Not recommended to stay, just come for the view, can't even recommend a beer cause it was 450rp for a bottle

A Slice of Heaven at Everest Manla Resort, Nagarkot

My stay at Everest Manla Resort in Nagarkot was nothing short of magical. Perched on the highest peak in the area, this resort offers breathtaking panoramic views that are simply unparalleled. Whether it's the sunrise casting a golden hue over the Himalayas or the serene sunset, every moment at Everest Manla feels like a scene from a postcard.

The resort itself is a perfect blend of luxury and nature. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, providing a cozy retreat with stunning views right from your window. The tranquility of the surroundings makes it an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

What truly sets Everest Manla Resort apart, though, is the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, attending to every detail with care. A special mention must be made of the Manager, Caron. His leadership is evident in the seamless service provided by the team. Caron personally ensured that all our needs were met and even provided us with valuable insights into the local culture and attractions. His kindness and dedication made our stay even more memorable.

Dining at the resort was another highlight. The food was delicious, with a variety of local and international dishes to choose from. Every meal was a culinary delight, prepared with fresh ingredients and served with a smile.

Everest Manla Resort is not just a place to stay; it’s an experience. Whether you're seeking adventure, tranquility, or simply a luxurious getaway, this resort has it all. I cannot recommend it enough and will definitely be returning. Kudos to Caron and his wonderful team for creating such a remarkable haven in the heart...

I have a little exciting story in this resort. We were 4 boys and arrived here around 11 pm night. We really wanted a bon fire for self barbeque but we knew that it never gonna happen bcoz its already tooo much late. Staff were about to go to bed and even dinner was not there. My friends were waiting me outside hoping for good things to happen and i was alone to convience the owner and staff to provide us dinner , bon fire and self barbeque facility.

First i tried to convience the owner and he politely replied me and said yes sir i can manage u room with dinner but no bon fire and barbeque bcoz our kitchen and service is already closed at 9:30 and our staff have to take rest and even there is no bon fire materials right now and staff have to go far to collect bon fire materials. And owner also told me if i can convience their staff then may they can manage it. I tried to staff but they totally ignored.

And at last , by my heart, in front of staffs I appreciate the owner about how much he take care and give reapect to their staffs.

And guess what, i gave a last try to staff and they got convience and wanted to try for my demand. Finally we had a very happy ending with delicious dinner, fully bon fire with barbeque service and we enjoyed with our guitar and music till 3 am.

Bedrooms were comfortable and whole ambience was totally great. Breakfast was awesome.

So point is, give respect and then take respect. Be humble to everyone and appreciate the quality of others. They will be convience and finally connect...
