Nagarkot Resort Ltd. — Hotel in Mandandeupur

I recently stayed at Nagarkot Resort, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The resort's staff was highly unprofessional, providing poor customer service that added to the overall disappointing stay. Upon checking into my room, I was greeted with a dirty and smelly environment. The room was clearly not cleaned to an acceptable standard, with noticeable grime and unpleasant odors that lingered throughout my stay.

To make matters worse, the bed had bedbugs, which made it impossible to sleep comfortably. The bedding was old and stained, contributing to an overall sense of neglect.

The food was no better — old, unappetizing, and not fresh at all. It was clear that hygiene and quality were not a priority for the resort, and I found the lack of attention to detail appalling.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with several aspects of my experience. The rooms are basic and lack amenities, and the dinner buffet and breakfast are limited. Staff members are not well trained to cater to guests' needs, and the check-in process took over 2 hours due to last-minute room preparation.

Unfortunately, the hotel also lacks a bell desk facility, and guests must carry their luggage up more than 100 stairs themselves. While the hotel's location is good, the swimming area needs more attention and dedicated staff to ensure guests' safety and enjoyment.

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL, Worst experience ever they spoiled our whole retreat . Stinky rooms , dirty pool, bad food, dirty washrooms, water pressure is very low, towels were not even available at rooms. When asked they said its wet will available after dry it but never provided . And interesting this is at night time not a single staff available at the whole resort ( not even resort its more alike guest house without hospitality service). Mosquito all over the rooms, reception and corridors. They lock their entry gate at night and no one is available until 8 am to open it, because of that we missed sunrise view.
