Mirage Resort — Hotel in Suryodaya

The place was good but the service here is not so good. The lady owner here is not so polite as we had a booking she frequently called us and told not to come and go somewhere else when we were on our way to reach there. Also the room or cottage charges are very high as compared to other resorts nearby. The food quality was also not very good, it was just below average but the price was very high. This resort also dont have power backup facility like inverter and generator during power cuts, guests have to stay in dark the whole time. I give one stars only because of the view...

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Worst experience ever. Very expensive for the quality of rooms, food and service. Room - found flea in blanket. The staff blamed us back. They blamed us for disturbing their sleep and didn't provide any alternative. When we asked if they can at least provide wood fire but they refused. Had to stay out in cold for 2-3 hours in winter. What a worst experience. The service was so poor that we had to go to call them for any order. Room was so dirty and my sister even couldn’t sleep due to the bad smell of washroom. The main thing is that owner didi was so rude to us because, my sister pick a flower from the restaurant area. Her behaviour and attitude was so unwelcoming that i even have to fire back at her.
