I loved this hotel...restaurant is outstanding fabulous food and fast service in best price.It has nice room in cheaper rate in comparison to others.....The main advantage is that it is located in bustand which saves our money of taxi...If we sit up in other hotel we must hire taxi because we can't walk the roads are up straight..We must walk and walking long distance is impossible to me... because I stayed last time up and taxi took 500 going and 500 coming....That is 1000..This hotel has varieties of room according to price we can afford it easily...And another main thing is no sound disturbance all the glasses are amazing they have kept sound proff glasses in lounge and lodge...And I came as a guest in the hotel and went(checked out) as a friend... All the staffs are...

Commenting from the hotel room ... Worst night ever.. Food-served raw chicken Momo straight from freezer to plate, be aware of food poisoning. Hospitality zero,no service but charges service charge on total bill. No towel,no water in room,Food disgusting being waited 2 hr for dinner. Toilet stinky,bedroom dirty,bed sheet ,doona cover absolutely filthy. Be aware as the photos on the webpage and website are not what it actually is.. Where do you need to buy water when staying in water for their own consumption in room???? Water kettle doesn’t work. No hot water as promised and the management asking to wait 1 hr to get hot water..paisa lutna baseka...

First all it is located at the bus station. That means you can hear the busses with there massive horns the whole day. My room was a 2 bet room for 1500Nrs with toilet. Unfortunately i could sit on the toilet because my legs were hitting the wall. The praised hot shower was still cold after half an hour of running water... my towl was dirty like after a oil change and the breakfast is a joke. Standard Breakfast including cold boiled eggs and untoasted white bread after one hour of waiting...
