SeaLaVie SXM — Hotel in Saint Martin

My wife and I stayed here for a week, and I had an excellent time. It is located in an awesome spot near a beach.

The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. (Just a heads up, the bathrooms are not separate from the bedrooms for those who like their privacy. There is a partition between them, but not 100% private.)

The kitchen/ dining room/ living room is comfortable with a smart tv. The washer and dryer are in the same area and helped with clothes/ towel maintenance.

The pool is the best part! Located near the living room/ kitchen, it faces the beach. There are spectacular views of the beach. The airport is nearby too and you can watch the planes take off while you hang out in the pool. To me, this was the coolest!

The place is located near fun activities, restaurants, bars, and a few markets for groceries and other necessities. All walking distance. Renting a car helped to see other parts of the island. (If you do walk, beware that this condo is located up a hill. If you are not able to hike up a steep hill due to physical and medical issues, this might not work for you.)

Overall, I want to return to this place again. ...

A wonderful space for a relaxing vacation by the beach. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. We were impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was, which made preparing food a breeze. It took us a minute to find the apartment, as we didn’t realize that the actual unit was call Seawaves, but we met the lovely Maylynn who pointed us in the right direction. She and her husband Clarence were very nice and hospitable to us both. My partner especially enjoyed talking to Clarence about the landscaping, particularly the breadfruit, mango, soursop, sugar apple and pigeon pea trees. The balcony was the perfect spot to have coffee in the morning, and the sound of the waves lulled us to sleep at night. Our hosts were very prompt with their communication if we encountered an issue, which made our stay even better. The fact that the beach was right outside, complete with beach chairs, was the icing on the cake. We are looking forward to staying here again on...

My family and I stayed in the penthouse Sea Heaven and it was absolutely incredible! The views were amazing, the patio was fantastic for relaxing and enjoying every meal at the large table. The kitchen was very stocked and even had some plastic Tupperware we were able to store leftovers in when we cooked. The bedrooms were very spacious with plenty of room for hanging clothes as well as drawers. The bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner and body wash and we had a nice amount of towels. The beach right outside the apartment was very clean, no trash or seaweed around. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas are provided and they even had pool noodles, boogie boards and inner tubes-the kids had a blast with the water toys provided.
