Panorama Motels — Hotel in Kaikōura

Was greeted by an amazing receptionist on arrival with a bubbly attitude and super catering (Kia ora Kerry🥰👌🏽💯) so automatically this place gets a 15/10 for hospitality 🙌🏽💯. I'm really surprised I have never stayed at this motel because we stay in Kaikoura all the time. The parking is phenomenal. From car park to the door with super easy access 10/10. Rooms are immaculate, cosy, extremely clean, with heaps of light and nice and warm. THE VIEWS FROM YOUR ROOM 🏔️🔥🎉💖🚣🏽‍♀️🤽🏽‍♀️🏖️🌅🌊💥❤️🎇⛰️💯👌🏽 BREATHTAKINGLY PHENOMENAL!!!!! There was nothing more appetising then to sit on the balcony whilst enjoying a beautifully cooked English breakfast . We loved our stay here and we will definitely stay again. PETS ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I love me a place that accept fur babies, so of course this place is gonna get a five star rating on top of everything else. I think our dog loved the view more than us lol, he lived on the balcony 😄.

We loved our three night stay here. Such an incredible view. Lovely staff and helpful with everything. We needed to add an extra night at the front and they solved our dilemma and made it work for us. Thanks for that.

The motel is very clean and comfortable. Excellent shower pressure. Small kitchens for meal prep. Nice balconies to enjoy the view.

The hotel is undergoing some construction of the main reception as it was damaged years ago in the earthquake. It did not bother us and even though we were right next to it we were never awaken by it or annoyed with it. The workers are respectful and I’m sure the project will be completed soon.

You can join the Peninsula Walk right across from the motel. The incredible Kaikōura BBQ food truck is a 15 minute walk away.

Lovely motel with welcoming and friendly staff. It is in a wonderful position on the esplanade overlooking the sea.|We had ground floor room with patio. The room was well appointed with large comfortable king bed with lovely crisp white bedsheets and pillows. There were two comfortable chairs to sit in & look out to the sea view or watch TV. There was well appointed kitchen with nice supply of teabags etc. The shower was wonderful plenty of hot water and nice smelling shower gel.
