Muffin's Self Contained B&B — Hotel in North Island

Lovely facility with lots of nice little touches, as far as the facility is concerned this is probably the best B&B you could stay in. this may not be for you if you are wanting complete privacy as this was the only down side to our visit we could find. its not a major its just that the owner comes in to the apartment un announced. they are real attentive hosts but maybe need to consider this that some people want some privacy... to explain, my wife and I were having some "adult time" in the bedroom and we came out of the bedroom we could see that the owner had been in the property! albeit it looked like it was to place some muffins on the table however we felt this was a little strange and we could not completely relax after this, on the not so often chance the wife and I get some time alone we would normally walk around the apartment wearing next to nothing / naked but we felt we could not do this incase they came in! and just one other time when we nipped to the shop, this was the only time we left the apartment all weekend and we locked the door. when we returned we could see they had been in the apartment again... like I said not an issue for most people but maybe it just doesn't suit a "romantic getaway". however everything else was 10/10. all in all this is a...

We loved our stay! Cute, Cozy and Friendly are the 3 first words that would come to mind. The owners are so thoughtful and nice, always looking for ways to make their guests more comfortable. It is a separate unit from the house with a enclosed fence so space is quite private. The room itself is set up very nice and thought out. It is perfect for a couple given the smaller size but we brought our one year old and the owners were very accommodating and welcoming of him too. The 3 things that stand out would be the private hot tub out front, the nice, large bathroom and the great variety of food that is kept in the room from breakfast items to fruit to fresh muffins. Naturally it has free wifi. We would love to stay here again if we were to ever pass on through again. We would definitely suggest that our...
