Single glazed units, units along Anderson Road have two bedrooms facing the road.|Lots of traffic noise, and you can hear everything in the carpark. |We were even lucky enough to have a tourist bus pull up outside our unit at 6.45am.||Garages are very small. Couldn’t fit an SUV in it and be able open the doors (no one uses the garages, so everyone parks in the “extra parks”).||The apartment is very poorly maintained and it has clearly been a while since it was cleaned - appears to just be given a quick vacuum between guests.|We found playing cards under the coffee table which suggests they don’t move the furniture when vacuuming.||The walls and doors are grubby. |Vacuum cleaners provided were packed full, and filters blocked.|Mop provided was filthy and broken,|Drying rack provided was broken.|Tea towel provided had holes.|General junk found in the kitchen drawers.|Somebody else’s iPad cover found down beside the couch.|Big oven but only one rack provided.||Signs in the bathrooms suggests towels will be “refreshed” but no one came.||Fans in the bathrooms run constantly and cannot be switched off, which is especially annoying at night.||People who give this place high reviews must only stay one night (ie. less than 24 hours).|There’s a reason it’s one of the cheapest - it’ll be worth the extra to stay...
Read moreWe’ve stayed here before because its one of the few places that can cater to larger families with a kitchen. It’s a good size with rooms having a nice view. The spa is great after a day skiing, however there were a few things that need to be improved. Currently they are not doing serving - which is understandable with COVID but since we booked and paid for a serviced apartment (no discount offered) they should notify guests in advance- not when you check in. It’s still being advertised as a serviced apartment which seems misleading and I see other reviews mention the same point so the feedback hasn’t been addressed. When we arrived we noticed two light bulbs were missing from the lights in the lounge. Reception were quick to repair but we discovered they had been removed because the lights which were fluorescent have a really loud constant buzz. Also there was a underfloor heating timer on the main switch board in the master bedroom that ticked all night that couldn’t be turned off. So if you are a light sleeper beware. Wifi is patchy so challenging if you plan to do any work. What we have learnt is it really depends on which appartments you get as we didn’t have any issues on...
Read moreGreat views from upstairs and warm apartments however very dated decor, furniture and linen. Having booked the accommodation 7 months prior to our stay I was extremely disappointed with the experience. We were a family group of 18 who booked 4 apartments to celebrate an 80th birthday which I explicitly stated when booking as well as asking for apartments with views. We were put in apartments near each other but the 2 bedroom was so dark the light needed to be on even when the sun shone and the view was looking at the rec room wall! We were also put above permanent residents so if you decide to stay here as a group to celebrate a once in a lifetime event with extended family who have not seen each other due to Covid-19, and who booked 7 months in advance on a very quiet winter weekend with very few other guests, I would strongly recommend you ask for apartments well away from permanent residents even if you shouldn’t have to. Please don’t respond with your noise regulations - I am well aware of the fine print. Also as another reviewer stated - there was no housekeeping which we were only advised about...
