My husband and I stayed in the Owhanake Suite for 4 nights, and it will remain in our favorite memories forever. The panoramic views of the water and flora are magical, enhanced by the sounds of the birdcalls and ocean waves. We kept the glass doors open the entire time to take advantage of the fresh breeze which kept the room temperate and lovely. The original artwork throughout the resort is outstanding and reflects the excellent taste of the owners as well as the talents of the local artists. The breakfasts are magazine worthy; as beautiful and delicious as one could imagine, and the attention to detail is phenomenal. We spent our time on the island hiking to spectacular vistas and through forested canopies and old growth jungle. We enjoyed the local wine and gin tastings, and also in-town visits to shops, galleries and restaurants. Peter and Caroline are some of the most gracious hosts we have encountered, willing to share their vast knowledge of the island and offer fun and relaxed...
