Sehr unprofessioneller Service: tour wurde abgesagt. Nachdem bei der Online Buchung um eine Rückbestätigung von freien Plätzen gebeten wurde, hatte ich für einen konkreten Tag angefragt. Antwort:“we have space available for Saturday“ ….. Ok I booked…got a confirmation and left for another trip.Coming back from my trip i received The info: “tour does not take place due to few customers, have a nice day”..:no word about my money…no word about specific alternatives. This is no customer service!!!!Yes, i made the mistake of not noticing that they mentioned Saturday and i asked for the 14.4(a Sunday)…but why didn’t they simply replied :NO…no space for14.4 …but… And canceling the confirmed tour should clearly require a word about the money i payed and existing alternatives . So: be aware if you book online…special if you are solo traveller. No money received by...

From start to finish, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about showing us the best of the region. He knew all the perfect spots – from breathtaking lookouts with panoramic views to hidden gem wineries we never would’ve found on our own.

A definite highlight was Mudbrick Winery – the views, the wine, the atmosphere... absolutely unforgettable. Oliver made sure everything ran smoothly, and his local insight really elevated the experience. It felt like we were on a private tour with a friend who knew all the secrets of the island.
