Radisson Blu Hotel & Conference Center, Niamey — Hotel in Niamey

Frankly, I enjoyed my stay and my interactions with the staff were excellent! I was in room 914 from June 16 to 21, 2023. I still remember a few names of those I had conversations with and expressed to them how much I loved the hotel: At the reception desk: Lucia, Jacques, Abdoul and many others that I don't remember the names. At the buffet restaurant: Those servants rock! They were all on their toes to please me every morning when I go for the breakfast. Fifame at the door was always smiling. Soumana and Koffi at the NEWYORK restaurant were impressive, very professional! I remember how Edith welcomed me and my guest in the restaurant at the 13th floor. Finally I cannot forget Yaye ? who cleaned my room, he would take care of my clothes and my belongings in the room. Finally, on my last day, I asked to speak to a representative of the management. Mr. Ghomari Yassine was the one I met. I expressed my satisfaction and praised the entire management, whom I believe was the reasons behind the professionalism I noticed...

Very beautiful and welcoming environment, I love the feeling at first sight, it was great and elegant. The staff are very welcoming, I would say I wasn't in Niamey but somewhere else(-:). I love the buffet thought the price was quite hight but the variety provided and drinks at your disposal made it worth. The restaurant next door to The garden was very green and beautiful. Unfortunately I didn't have a chance to visit their rooms, but looking at the hotel and staff reception I would expect nothing less but 3 stars bedrooms. I would advice the staff however to provide a carpet as the floor tiles were quite slippery and provide more assistance disable people. For a 4-5 star hotel rating, I would request Radisson to improve their parking lot as my car was too small to fit, a Ford F-150. I think the security at both door entry is essential but creates a sense a insecurity, a lighter security check was better and more welcoming. I can expend more but .........

I stayed here for a couple of night on a business trip last summer and we visit the restaurant at least once a month while we're working in the area. Staff were very nice, the hotel and grounds are clean and nicely decorated. The rooms are spacious and stylish and the bed was super comfortable. The pool area is big and with plenty of places to sit and rest and a nice bar. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. As expected of a Radisson hotel, it didn't disappoint. Their NY restaurant is great, good value, food very tasty and good quantity. The burgers are yummy and the chicken quesadillas are also very nice. No drinking while on duty but sipping a virgin frozen margarita by the pool can make you feel like you are away...
