Mimi Guest House — Hotel in Ikeja

I stayed at this hotel earlier this year.|I was to stay at a different guest house but, that fortunately, did not work out as they had no available rooms at that time in the morning.|I was pleasantly surprised at this guest house - On arrival - I asked if they had any rooms and they said "yes" I was shown round a few rooms and eventually picked the deluxe room.||What really impressed me with this guest house was the cleanliness!||And the food - was just so tasty and reasonably priced - The jellof rice wasnt great - Too much seasoning but, everything else I had was just fab!||If they can sort out the cable/tv reception and the water pressure - I wouldn't mind...

Not too far from the Lagos airport, this hotel is dismal and rundown but it has decent A/C, hot water in a big bathtub, refrigerator, large room with a large bed, a couple of chairs and a coffee table. Since all I want is an affordable place to stay this place is the best option in a city of limited options. They say they have wifi but half of the time (or more) it does not work. About $50 a night. You can easily pay 3 times that amount and not get as good a hotel in this horribly...
