We stayed in this hotel in 2022 and our experience was okay but the cleanliness could be better especially in the corners of the sink and shower basin. The Internet connectivity was really bad. They told us they were having Internet issues that will be sorted very soon. We stayed again in 2024 all the above issues were still the same and I am disappointed they feel it is okay to lie to customers about their Internet connectivity if that is how it always is. We lodged again a few days ago and if you guessed that the Internet was still very bad then you guessed right. It is a shame that the reception staff cannot make decisions without consulting a manager for really basic requests. The most annoying part is they have feedback forms which I filled in the previous visits so why was there no follow through? Reading all the comments on Google and no response by the management shows they are not necessarily in the business for customer satisfaction but for their own profits which is a shame because customer satisfaction brings back repeat customers. Why also is there tea/coffee for only one person when there's 2 people in the room and breakfast for 2??? Doesn't make sense.

The service is the worst experienced in years. The staff are standoffish. The managers not being able to be reached in over 2 weeks and staff unwilling to call them to relay customer's concerns. The hotel also has a strict no food or drink policy apart from that provided by them. However, more than half of their menu items are not available. Even something as basic as a latte or cappuccino. The staff are not trained in customer care and relations giving different information at varying times as little as 10 minutes in between. Read moreI came into Lagos from Abuja, and I had seen the page on Instagram so I decided to give them a try. Horrible, from start to finish. the receptionist doesn't even smile to customers. Was a very cold atmosphere almost as though someone had died. The staff will sit at a corner and gossip about you unashamedly. Then their food, I must give their social media handler their flowers... for being able to deceive people. The food looks nothing like what is being posted, not to talk of how it tastes. I got sour food. Very sour food, and when I complained they were so lackadaisical in comforting me. Absolute nonsense, poor management. I do not recommend for my enemies.
