First, I booked on booking.com when I got there, they said their booking account wasn’t active. Secondly, this hotel is haven for yahoo boys who are terrible smokers. No proper documentation. They just allow anyone stay in their hotel. The room cleaning service is terrible. They start cleaning around 3-4pm. Also, the compound is small for parking cars. There was a day we had to park outside! Lastly, there was a rat in my room; later killed it. Ate all my chocolates, biscuits, and other gift items. Arguably the worst hotel I’ve ever stay in. Everything was wrong with it!

Overall, I had a nice experience here. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean; everything was working perfectly. I had no complains at all. There was 24 hour power supply. The security, reception and customer service was top notch. I wouldn't forget to mention the good complimentary breakfast they serve. Their parking space and organization is worthy of mention too. All their workers I came in contact with were nice and welcoming, excluding from the gateman😏.

The staff here are lazy. I had a terrible experience from having to tell them to change the sheets and pillow cases because the housekeeper just straightened the sheets used by the previous guest. I waited 1 hour plus for this to be done. I ended up staying in another room, and I wasn't discounted. Guess what? There were bed bugs in the headboard, I was desperate and couldn't leave. I slept on the couch for most of my stay. I boldly cannot recommend.

Well I had a lot to complain about when I was there, the service was poor, the toilets was dirty. I can't imagine not having a toilet brush in the toilet. They can't serve with a tray . That they don't have enough trays so they can't leave the food with tray, absurd. In short I am not impressed at all and they are in a good location. If they cont that way bad customer service, dirty duvet and bedsheets that hotel will be a thing of the past in...
