The Place Restaurant Yaba — Restaurant in Lagos State

Went there about 8pm, they barely had any food, kept people waiting for so long for chicken to be served, the staff downstairs have the poorest customer service, or rather they have no understanding of customer service. I wanted to get some ice cream as well, ice cream was still in display but they said they had packed up the various toppings and couldn't bring them out, and the ones there were for show, so I should have my ice cream without toppings, it was crazy, this was barely 9pm, I had to go across to Coldstone to get some ice cream and I told them I would and they really didn't care. I got chicken and chips from them, the ketchup was terrible, sincerely the chicken was nice, fries were just ok, but the ketchup horrible, would I go back there? No I won't, because I've never had such poor experience before at a restaurant. THE PLACE please look into this as I used to...

Good to have The Place in Yaba... At least, one can get the goodies of their delicacies here without traveling down to other areas where they already exist. Not so spacious though but the ambience is good. Seems they are struggling with matching the production with demand, as I've been there on two different occasions to get a particular food item (Yamarita), and they've been out of it. The inflow of people show that the brand is still a trusted place with customer loyalty intact... However, there's a building just beside it that's vacant. It is possible that a competitor comes to occupy that place, and they'll give you a run for your money. Keep meeting and exceeding the customer's demand and you'll have them...

The ambience was cool,courteous staff,The fried egg was amazingly delicious,just like my momma made them back in the days,had their long grain jollof rice that was garnished with dodo and diced hotdog😘😋- which was scrumptious by the way- the barbecue chicken was just ok,but the crispy chicken was way better👌.My children had the jam doughnuts so can't say much,but looking forward to trying out their ice cream because it looks tempting!! But them for try bring down price small,though the quality of the food is worth it,but because of younger people who are the ones who patronise them most.Chicken republic has budget meals like Refuel and they get a lot of patronage from young...
