Quality Hotel Residence — Hotel in Sandnes

I stayed here two nights for work. As strawberry-Hotels go it was somewhat below standard with a rusty exterior, understaffed bar/reception, birddroppings on the windows, poor cooffe and small, old towells. |My mail problem was that I had only booked one night, asked if there was another night available and got a yes in the reception. They placed the order and doubled the price without telling me. When I complained about this upon payment for the second night, i met no understanding. It was really problematic, because I did not have a budget for it. |It was also extremely overpriced considering the standard. I really dont mind the other details - i need a bed and a cup of cooffe and no fuss when I travel for work. The way they overcharged and refused responsibility for telling me up front was however extremely unpleasant. |I will not be...

Was here with my family 2Adults 2children just last month as part of the amusement park package. 4 beds in the room. It's a very convenient hotel just with the shopping mall adjoining as well as cinema and places to eat all around. Gave a 4 star for the room cos it wasn't with any lights on the ceiling. Just table and floor lamps plus toilet entrance lights. Oh there's parking at the shopping mall adjoining but it wasn't part of the hotel. The security at the parking place is not that fantastic though as we parked overnight.

Else goodie bags/ice cream for my children and games at the reception. Overall a pretty decent hotel with nice breakfast as well as the reception services...

I'm a return customer to the Quality Hotel Residence and find it's location convenient and staff incredibly helpful! On my last visit they were completing renovation work in the resturant and lobby, and despite the mess the staff were still great! The lifts and hallways on the numerous floors could do with some TLC next! The rooms are clean and modern, and food is excellent - I love the Thursday burger nights! I would highly recommend the Quality Hotel Residence, but wait until after the summer to give then chance to complete construction work and get back...
