Oslo Airport Apartments — Hotel in Ullensaker

Avoid this place like the plague! This is awful. If you are a woman travelling by yourself DEFINITELY avoid this place. There is no outdoor lighting, and no one around! it’s supposed to be a ‘short’ 6min walk, but it is dark and you don’t see anything! As for the ‘apartment’.. it is literally one small room with one king size bed crammed into it! The ‘apartment’ I think was a fridge and a table with a kettle on it! The room is so ridiculously small that one of us has to lie with our head against the toilet door! This is possibly one of the worst places I have stayed at! The bathroom has no soap, shit in the toilet, grass on the bed sheets, and the over mattress doesn’t even cover the base of the bed!! Important info: it costs 80 NOK to take the shuttle buss to the airport- there was no info about that! As for ‘customer service’ that is non existent! Useless telephone number and automated answers when you write to them. If I could I would have given this place ZERO stars!...

Quite a walking distance (1hr) from airport, but quiet.

Positive:

I found the place to be very quiet, during my stay I slept very well, not a single noise ! Beds were nice and soft. Place was relatively clean and wi-fi has been stable as well. Heating was on and it was nice and warm inside with -7 outside that day.

Not so positive:

While location is close to airport it's not really within a walking distance (takes about 1 hours to walk). You would need to get a shuttle for extra cost to get there if you don't want to walk. The check-in process has been the worst I've ever encountered. While the check-in guide that I received, was understandable, something didn't go well and I couldn't find location Id anywhere. I've tried finding that number but it wasn't anywhere to be found. Essentially I had to chat with the host to get the number and received my keys, quite quickly. Still, why this has to be so complicated...

This is a scam! You are told that you will be given the self-check-in details in a mail at 15:00 that day. I did not receive any. Upon arrival, as there were nobody there, I called all the telephone numbers listed, one in Denmark, one in Kenya, and two Norwegian, I was either told the number was not in use, asked to leave a message or simply nobody answered. Nobody answered the chat, and when I clicked on the «send a mail»-link, only an empty mail window popped up, with no mailaddress. I was forced to look for other accomodation, and as I finally was able to check in at another hotel and told my story, the receptionist said, «Be careful with Agoda. There’s a lot of scam there». I wish no one the experience I had. So...
