Our stay at the bungalow in Palau was an extraordinary experience, surpassing all our expectations for a getaway abroad. From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in a realm of impeccable organization and pristine cleanliness, thanks to the dedicated staff. The view from our bungalow was nothing short of breathtaking – a stunning panorama of the bay that seemed like a slice of paradise on earth.
Each bungalow was a marvel of modern amenities, equipped with the latest comforts and maintained in mint condition. Waking up to the serene beauty of the bay and having breakfast on our balcony was a daily delight, an experience so surreal it felt like living in a dream.
But what truly set our stay apart was the warmth and efficiency of the staff. Anne, at the front desk, was a beacon of helpfulness. Her expertise in organizing tours allowed us to explore Palau's hidden gems effortlessly. Her recommendations were spot-on, ensuring that every adventure was memorable.
Furthermore, the service was seamless, epitomized by the prompt and reliable transportation provided. The driver was always available at a moment's notice, ready to whisk us away to our next adventure or back to the comfort of our bungalow.
This wasn't just a stay; it was a journey into a world where every detail was curated for our enjoyment. We left with hearts full of gratitude and memories that will last a lifetime. To anyone seeking a slice of paradise, this is the...
Read moreLovely experience in this beautiful resort located on a top hill (a place with history). We stayed in the luxury tent, the resort also upgraded the bungalow initially planed for our kids to another tent. Nice amenities, amazing view including sunrise, feeling like living a a botanical garden. With the exception of some plastic based items included among amenitis of the room and the low quality of the breakfast delivered on the terrase in front of our Windows (it was a pity to get sheets made of poliester on the beds, instead of any kind of natural fibers if not only basic cotton, also felt strange to enjoy some sparling wine in a plastic glass, in such beautiful environment), everything was high class, exceptionally service - the staff îs very kind and helpful, trying to come in advance to your needs, organising and planning shuttle to dinner venue or coordinating other issues. Overall a pleasant impression, would love to return someday, hopefully in the meantime they improve breakfast style/items and decide on going more on nature based products while avoiding plastic as much as possible. For those interested in history, there are still visinle the machine guns and projectiles used by the Japanese soldiers during the WW2, as well some tunners...
Read moreThis is a gem. High atop a hill and very secluded. Beautiful vistas of the Rock Islands and breakfast brought to your room every morning made it feel like a paradise. Great breakfast choices: French Toast, pancakes, omelette, eggs, breakfast meats ( try the hot dogs or chicken nuggets), and fried rice that was yummy. We had the deluxe bungalow and it accommodated our family of 4 with lots of room. The room itself is comfortable and woody and very comfortable. We loved the space and it's ambiance. The bed was amazing! The bathroom was large with a rain shower. The property is steep, not going to lie, but that is what gets you the view. The golf cart will take you from the main office to your bungalow. The turn from the road could be easy to miss as it's right in a curve. There are old WWII guns in the hill above and some great war relics to see. The frogs and geckos and tropical plants are a delight. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable and curious about our plans. Made arrangements for us to use sister hotel pool! Highly recommend for families and couples who don't mind something off the usual...
