Hotel Ana Mary — Hotel in Santiago

Worse place, even the room doors could be open with any key I even tried it with my sisters room n mine sadly no hot water bed sheets were really thin for how cold the room is, fan was only working on certain levels since if u tried level 5 it was extremely noisy, you could listen to everything happening outside room was missing on the window two glass shelves, and last but not least we got the reservation thru booking and got there a couple of hours ahead of the check in we only made the reservation to sleep since we went there for work purposes and didn't even stay the day, it seems a bit inhumane after driving for 4 hours all night and they knew that they r unable to even provide a bathroom for basic needs, not even to wash our hands, it seems this is not even a motel. 0 decorations n 0 human skills. They can surely improve. Also be aware that their is a dance academy right next to it so you'll be unable to sleep, repetitive songs til at least 2130 at night. Surely not trying this place again. Very, very nice owner and staff. Rooms are noisy but beds a good. We had breakfast included and somehow they did not manage to prepare it for us. (even they asked the night before what time we would prefer). Somehow after 90 minutes breakfast was ready and to be honest it was very good. Maybe they tried to make up for the inconvenience.. L'enseigne donne le ton: hôtel low cost. Contrairement à ce que l'on peut lire il n'y a pas terrasse ou balcon, pas plus de restaurant d'ailleurs. Aussi si vous vouliez prendre un petit dej â 3 dollars vous seriez accompagné vers un restaurant. Non testé.||Les chambres sont petites et tres mal insonorisées. Les conversations de vos voisins de chambres n'auront aucun secret pour vous.
