Asunción Rent Suite Central – Comfortable and Convenient!

We had a quick four-night stay at Asunción Rent Suite Central, and I also stayed here for 8 days last year. The location is great—right in the heart of the city, close to restaurants and attractions, making it easy to explore Asunción on foot. Just a heads-up: sidewalk conditions aren’t the best, but they're manageable, and it’s important to be cautious crossing streets, as drivers often don’t stop for pedestrians.

Our superior studio on the 13th floor was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the basics needed for cooking. The building also offers a tiny "gym" and a rooftop swimming pool with beautiful city views. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything.

Depending on where your room is located in the building, your experience can be pleasant or noisy. Some nearby restaurants have live music events that can be loud until late at night or even early morning. We were placed at first on the 5th floor during this stay, and the noise made sleeping difficult.

One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning night view from the rooftop terrace, overlooking the city skyline, the Paraguay River, the Costanera, and the Presidential Palace—truly worth experiencing.

A big plus for us was that Asunción Rent Suite Central is dog-friendly. Our pup definitely enjoyed his stay! The park near the hotel was perfect for his walks, and we also enjoyed strolling together to the Asunción sign behind the Presidential Palace and along the Costanera.

Overall, we had a good experience, though I’m unsure if we’d stay again due to the noise concerns. Still, it’s a great option if you’re looking for a convenient, central location and are...

Quite a big apartment .. We rented the one bed which had a wardrobe (with hangers) view of the water, TV and surface space, bedside lamps etc

The bathroom is good; squeezing around doors could be easier and a soap holder and a few rails or pegs would be welcome to hang towels etc

There was an additional toilet also. The living area has a black sofa (hard) which may double as a bed; another TV, table + 4 chairs and fridge, kettle etc. as stated in their ads.

WiFi was good though out of commission for a few hours.

Pool on 14th floor is small but nice. A few people there is a potential crowd but there are 3 other lying and seating areas where you can watch the lovely sunset.

Basement has washer dryer, small gym but didn't use them. ...

Wir sind durch die vielen tollen Rezensionen auf dieses Hotel aufmerksam geworden. Das erste war sofort der Preis im Netz der nicht mit dem vom Hotel übereinstimmte sondern viel teurer war. Ringsherum gleicht es eher einem Getto..heruntergekommene leere Gebäude...Wenn man sich diese Bauten ansieht..war es sicherlich mal eine sehr schöne noble Ecke. Das Hotel hat 5 G Internet! Das Auto hat einen eigenen Fahrstuhl und muss in die jeweilige Etage gebracht werden was aufwendig ist...und bis maximal 2Tonnen Traglast.

Es gibt kein Frühstück da Appartments mit Küche. Die Ausstattung bei uns war eher mangelhaft. Unten gibt es ein kleines Bistro aber der Schimmel auf dem Essen in der Ablage hat uns eher abgehalten da etwas zu essen.

Die Kinder wurden auf eine unbequeme ausklappbare Couch untergebracht. Hatten keine 4 Betten. Hygienie eher Mangelhaft. Wir hatten Schimmel im Schlafzimmer was ein schlafen ohne offenem Fenster unmöglich machte. Die Türen zum Bad Quietschen und klapperten sehr laut( obwohl geschlossen) wenn man Fenster auf hatte. Glühbirnen waren Kaputt. Wasserleitungen waren nachts sehr zu hören...Als würde einer über uns die ganze Nacht Duschen. Wir hatten diesbezüglich hier wohl eher Pech...mit dem Hotel.🤔 Also alles in allem ...nicht unsere Ecke! Ruhe und Erholung wie in den anderen Rezensionen zu lesen kann nicht nicht nachvollziehen. Wir sind alle Müde und froh wieder zu Hause zu sein. Das einzig schöne ist die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse auf das Wasser und den Palast..gerade Abends. Wir waren hier schon in vielen schönen Hotels und können daher auch unterscheiden was akzeptabel ist...
