We live around the block from this hotel. When we host mission teams we put them up at this hotel. Modest, but clean, with a/c, hot water, internet. Newly constructed conference room on the 4th floor, looking out over roof tops and the Ucayali River. Breakfast included weekdays. Price is mid-range, about $25/night (but don't quote me). We were coming off a five day riverboat trip so the hotel was very welcome. The bed was comfortable but the pillow was like a rock! Air conditioning worked well and plenty of hot water for a shower. Este es un hotelito cómodo, de habitaciones grandes y servicios higiénicos limpios. Está en remodelación y están mejorando los servicios. recientemente han cambiado los equipos de aire acondicionado (imprescindibles para el caluroso clima de Pucallpa). Ya le instaron ascensor y pronto tendrá un bar con vista al Ucayali. El servicio de restaurante es bueno: atención rápida, comidas muy saludables y un servicio a la carta, aunque de oferta limitada resulta satisfactorio. La atención del personal es muy amable y la cortesía de los propietarios de primera. Como ellos mismos reconocen, recién se están iniciando en el negocio hotelero a pesar de disponer otro hotel 5 estrellas en la ciudad de Pucallpa alquilado a una cadena hotelera nacional. Son muy sinceros: quieren dar un buen servicio y están aprendiendo el negocio.
