Hotel Presidencial — Hotel in Chiclayo

We reserved a week in advance and totally filled their inbox with questions about the payment of the rooms and the pickup from the airport, they were very helpful each time. It was a good hotel, I just would have wanted for the rooms to be bigger but they are just like in the pictures of the website so you can't really complaint about it. It is not close to the airport but they offer the option of picking you up and though the neighborhood is not the nicest one the staff is always trying to help you feel safe. Lleguamos reservando por Booking.com, el Balance que Booking me envió era de 85 soles precio que ellos también tienen Publicado en su recepcion, pero la señora de la recepción (por cierto muy ruda ella) nos quiso cobrar 115 soles diciendo que ese era nuestro balance final, se cerró en ese precio y no quiso hablar más, incluso cuando le mostramos la confirmación y balance que booking.com nos había enviado, a ella SIMPLEMENTE NO LE IMPORTÓ RESPETAR LA RESERVA y nos dijo que si no estábamos de acuerdo con pagar eso nos fuéramos, eran las 5am y obviamente nos pareció peligroso salir a buscar caminando otro hotel, entonces nos dijo que cancelemos la reserva hecha y solo así podiamos pagar los 85 (supongo que hacen eso con todos los clientes que reservan vía Booking.com para asi nunca pagar la comisión) pero si no esta deacuerdo con el precio que cobra por booking debería corregirlo y no SORPRENDER DE ESA MANERA A LOS HUÉSPEDES QUE LLEGAN AHÍ CON UN PRECIO PACTADO VÍA BOOKING. por otro lado el servicio muy malo, no había agua caliente y no le da pena decirtelo a última hora, no hay presión del agua y las habitaciones matrimoniales son demasiado pequeñas, en Chiclayo hay hoteles hasta de 50 soles las matrimoniales que son mucho...
