HOTEL KERO'S — Hotel in Chivay

We stayed at the hotel while on the Colca tour, we didn't book it ourselves and wouldn't recommend it. The service was bad, the guy wasn't at the reception most of the time and we had to call loudly several times before he arrived. He complained about having to climb the stairs when we told him that the toilet wasn't working. We had to ask for towels, toilet paper, and soap cause there was nothing in the room. The shower was ice cold. No hot water. They had like 4 super heavy blankets that weren't covered. It was impossible to move during the night. Also, the door was often stuck, and we couldn't get in the room. Also the doors closed very loudly. The ceiling was coming off in the shower. Then the BREAKFAST, it was served too late (the guy saying: why are you all here so early?) And it was a joke : 2 hard rolls, butter (rolled by hand so we didn't eat it ) and a spoon of marmalade. I only stayed here because of a tour! It is the worst hotel! Service is watching loud videos in the breakfast room but is coming when you call. You have to get your own toilet paper and soap! Also, I had to change the room twice. The first room had molt, in the second the light wasn’t working. In my third room it looks ok. But there was no sorry at all!
