Mistituris — Restaurant in Chivay

This is one of those places that the tourists are herded into for a meal and this one was superb. There was a smorgasborg of food that covered everyone’s culinary needs. Meat, chicken, fish, vegetables, fruit, bread, sauces, cakes, jelly, pisco sour, coffee and more. I’m not sure what it cost because it was part of the tour but whatever it was, it was worth it. Service was fast and the food was laid out well and topped up as items were eaten. Toilets were clean. No wifi – well at least not that...

Food was amazing! All so fresh and beautifully prepared. Huge selection of local food and the staff were very considerate of allergies. Everything from fresh vegetables and salads to warm veggie and meat dishes and then fruit and desserts. Would highly recommend...

Buffet style food. Some chicken alpaca dishes and with rice, quinoa, and veggies. 3 different kinds of soup, one with chicken and noodles, another with Alpaca and veggies and another with just veggies. Not bad for what it is, cheap, typical for this...
