It has been well over a month ago that we stayed at this hotel, three hours from our home and accidentally left our phone charger in the room. We called the next day and they found it in the room. Fui cliente de ellos por años, mi última visita fue ahora en mayo 2025 es una pena que el hotel está en decadencia, el ascensor suena , la fachada necesita mantenimiento , por dentro también necesita mantenimiento paredes manchadas , cortinas manchadas. Pasillos y cuartos sucios (manchas ) , la calefacción no funciona, cuando llame a recepción a reclamar me dijeron NO TENGO UNA SOLUCION HASTA MAÑANA, huancayo es frío de noche. Dormimos prácticamente CONGELADOS. Las almohadas parecen trapos ya no tienen firmeza. El colchón DURO parecía ORTOPEDICO. tenía reserva por varios días pero me fui al día siguiente nomás. Para no hacer problema pague pedí mi boleta y adios hasta nunca más. Antes había una máquina que calentaba el pancito en el desayuno buffet ....LA QUITARON ! tienes que comer el pan frío , había una máquina de café (Nescafé ) estaba apagada. Uno paga el hotel también por el buen desayuno buffet y las comodidades que ofrece. Si los números no le son favorables pues que suban el precio del hospedaje. Es una pena . El hotel es bonito y está en buena zona pero lamentablemente está descuidado. No sé los recomiendo. Por 200 soles hay mejores opciones en Huancayo.
