I loved this place for its location in the middle or pure nature, with view to the mountains, amidst a forest, near a river. An absolute win win. The breakfasts are great, with fresh juices every morning, rooms are spatious and clean, the staff helpful and the owner and his son very helpful. I enjoyed the company of the parrot called Arturo whose Spanish is better than mine... :-)||This place will make you feel at home. ||There are several tiendas around, a woman who makes great chicken parrilla and an old man who sells pipas (agua de coco)...

I totally loved this place and the owner Dario with his son. Lovely people who treat you with kindness and help. Dario has a parrot whose Spanish is better than mine :-) and who is amazingly friendly. My friend and I loved the varied breakfasts with the amazing juices each morning. Excellent, relaxed placed to stay. It is a bit far from the center of Tarapoto (around 20 min of walking), yet surrounded by green, tropical environment.
