Hotel Country Trujillo — Hotel in La Libertad

One would think a 3 star hotel across the street from a Country Club and Golf location would merit its rating, but this hotel does not deseve this rating. My room lacked many basic amenities, such as a drinking glass (not even a plastic one), no bottled water, no minibar (despite the description in the hotel information), and not even a single towel. I had to go to the front desk and ask for a towel and a glass, and could I have a small bottle,of warer. They looked at me as if I was a crazy, demanding person. The n xt breakfast was low quality. WhenI got there many serving dishes were empty and nothing as replaced inthe 30 minutes I sat there. My coffe was the dregs of the large cofe pot and no more coffe as to be had but other lodger following me. No serving person was seen. Not...

Lamento compartir mi experiencia en este hotel el dia de ayer miércoles 17 de enero 2018 en Trujillo, fue, realmente terrible. Cobran demasiado para el servicio que dan. Lo peor fue que las habitaciones están llenas de cucarachas y arañas, tuve que pedir que me cambiaran de habitación. Sin embargo ahí también habían cucarachas y por segunda vez cuando solicite limpien la habitacion, me dijeron que iban a enviar al personal de limpieza, pasaron 10 minutos y nadie llego a limpiarla, por lo que tuve que retirarme del hotel. No se que pasa con el servicio hotelero en Trujillo, si optamos por ir a estos hoteles de termino medio, no significa que estos estén sucios, además de que cobran una tarifa que no va acorde con lo que ofrecen. Esto nos obliga seguir consumiendo cadenas hoteleras extranjeras que dan muy buen servicio y pagas lo que realmente valen. Creo que lo básico en este tipo de servicios lo primero que deben tener en cuenta es la limpieza, no importa si el hotel es nuevo o antiguo!! y claro la atención a cualquier reclamo debe ser inmediata, mas aun si se trata de algo que va contra la...
