Hotel Los Delfines de San Bartolo — Hotel in Lima Metropolitan Area

San Bartolo Playa Sur, not to far from Lima in distance however due to traffic takes close to 1:20hrs to get there. The fastest route is taking the Panamericana Sur Highway (1S), there is a toll fee close to $2-USD each way. If you do not feel like paying a toll and will rather experience cruising trough small towns on your way over, take the Toll free old Panamericana Sur; just be aware it will take extra time due to traffic. San Bartolo Sur is away from the beaten path, quiet, cozy and friendly. Nice walks around the boardwalk (malecón) will take you to the center of town. There are quite a few hotels, restaurants and seasonal rentals available to round up your visit. Was going to spend 3 nights ended up staying just one. When we arrived we had to stand around and wait for someone to show up to check us in (there was another guest also waiting) as there was no one around for about 30 minutes. The room was unimpressive, very old and threadbare bedding, and so cramped that i had to walk sideways to get to the beds. The balcony overlooked another balcony below it that was apparently the owners dog's bathroom: very unpleasant. The beach across the road had so much garbage in the water and on shore it was really disgusting. The pool had been drained that day for repainting so that was not even an option. I am not a snob, and have stayed in a lot of low budget hotels but this one was not at all worth...

Nunca he comentado en maps, pero debido a mi incomodidad con este hotel sobre su servicio, lo hago presente. Inicialmente tomé este hotel como opción por diversos buenos comentarios en estas reseñas, así que me hospedé con mi familia, fuimos 22 personas y ocupamos 5 habitaciones, de las 5 familias que fuimos, a ninguno nos gustó sus protocolos ( que no son del covid ), sino del hotel, porque me cobraron 150 soles de más al inicio y sin avisarme, pagué de buena fe, al volver recién me di cuenta que había pagado esos 150 soles de mas, ME DIJERON QUE ERA PORQUE SOLO DEBO CONSUMIR DENTRO DEL HOTEL, tengan cuidado si van a llevar bebidas de afuera !!, LAS HABITACIONES SON MUY PEQUEÑAS Y LAS CONDICIONES NO SON BUENAS, HE VISTO LAS 5 HABITACIONES Y A NINGUNA FAMILIA LE GUSTÓ. El hotel es pequeño y si vas, te sentirás muy controlado, hasta para salir debes tocar un timbre, y esperar q que te abran, HUBIERON MAS COSAS QUE NO FUERON BUENAS, LES RECOMIENDO VER LOS MALOS COMENTARIOS Y ASÍ TENDRÁN MÁS IDEAS PARA SACAR SUS CONCLUSIONES, el hotel está bonito, pero el servicio...
