MONTERRICO POLO APARTS — Hotel in Lima Metropolitan Area

The manager lady was very rude.i was a bit late for the check out and this lady got inside the apartment yelling us that we should be out already.i have a baby and a toddler and we take a bit of more time than other people. I gave her the key back and she didn't want to leave the apartment. I told her to give us some privacy to take our staff out. But she refused and keep telling us that it's our fault for not leaving early and she won't step out until we leave the building. I'm pretty sure what she did was 100% illegal. I even offered her more money for the time she wasted. But she said the apartment was already rented.but I went online and all the 9 apartments were available.honestly I don't know she was the owner or a worker.but I wont recommend this place at all.oh by the way they never give me a receipt. El mismo 31 de diciembre a las 2:20 PM, La Srta. me comunicó que la piscina esta cerrada y que por indicaciones de la administración no se podía usar, habiendo pagado por completo el airbnb.

Pedí una solución esperando algún ajuste por la fecha y hora en la que me avisó pero solo me ofreció el dinero indicando si lo deseaba o no porque tenia otro cliente...
