This hotel is nothing more than just OK. It has a great view of the beach and is just one step from it. However, the hotel needs more hygiene. The traps are dirty and it stinks awful on the way down to the pool-area. Furthermore the pool is also not clean at all, it is dirty since you can not see under the water and it fleets around insects and other things.||Talking about the restaurant it is very expensive. The prices of the food wont be cheaper than 30 soles for a good plate. The food itself is ok but not worth the expensive price. We chosed a continental breakfast and it only consisted; two small breads, butter and marmelade, one glass of juice and tea or coffee. No ham, cheese or any other extra. There was a possibilty to add ham to the breakfast but it would cost extra. Very strange! We know it is a continental breakfast but that does not mean we should only get our bread with butter (!?). Also, the restaurant is full of mosqitos that wont let you eat in peace. Very annoying since they are flying around your food and your face the whole time.||Today we are really in need of internet and the Wifi connection in this hotel is a DISASTER. They have four Wifi-zones available but all of them works terrible. Even from the room it is bad. The connection was ok for a moment and then it disappeared or got really slow. Very frustating.||In terms of service the hotel administration was kinda nice. They helped us with our questions but one of the guys who worked at the reception was less interested in giving good service. One day we had to ask three times for new towels, since they would not give at the first time when they were cleaning the room.||In summary there are a lot better places to stay than there, it is OK for 2-3 days to be here and the only good is the view of the beach which you can see from every dorm. Where to begin? Oh yeah, don´t stay at this hotel! We actually went here because we travelled with four more other couples and one of them had already chosen this place beforehand and got us all a good price. The staff is not very helpful nor friendly and the infrastructure is not well thought of nor "comfortable". The room we stayed in had a nice view but that´s it. The bed was lumpy and the sheets, even though they were clean, had old stain marks in some areas. The bathroom was a disaster and the TV didn´t even work at all. No hot water but that wasn´t necessary for us. We knew beforehand that non of the rooms had AC so we asked for a fan that never came (they brough it down on the second night after we complained like five times). By the way, no telephones in any of the rooms so you have to walk all the way to reception to ask for toilet paper or clean towels. They say they have wifi (even give you the passwords and all) yet it never worked. Never got into the pools because they didn´t look clean enough. As for the food and drinks, they were OK. I´d recommend dining at the hotel restaurant next door which is called Mirador de Vichayito; they have more variety on the menu, it´s cheaper and the service is much better. The only reason I didn´t choose "Terrible" as a review is because of the beach itself. It´s beautiful to say the least. The sand is clean and the ocean is calm. Also the hotel offers plenty of beach beds and umbrellas which is good. The town of Mancora is only a 15 to 20 minute rickshaw ride away so that´s another plus. Hola! Me hospedé desde el domingo 19 al miércoles 22 de febrero, llegué con mis esposo y mis dos hijos menores de 5 años (4 y 2 años). ||Para empezar si bien es cierto que ya tenía conocimiento de la hora del check in 3:00 pm, al llegar con mi familia a mediodía aproximadamente me dieron la habitación a la 1 pm por consideración a mis pequeños y pues por ese lado agradecida. |El tema fue que ni bien llegamos queríamos un espacio para poder cambiarnos todos y nos indicaron que en los baños a lado del restaurante, que son dos baños personales y pues era imposible cambiarse dentro por el espacio y por el calor, tuvimos que cambiarnos afuera de los baños, literal delante de los que estaban en las mesas y en cocina. Cabe resaltar que la recepción estaba full.||Cuando bajamos a la piscina estaba turbia y habían muchos niños y adultos también, comprendo que era temporada alta. |Bueno hasta ahí dije ya bueno, nos dieron la habitación 1pm y cuando entré pues no funcionaba el ventilador y cuando abrí el caño de la ducha y del lavamanos casi no había agua. En la noche, cuando solicité un ventilador muy amablemente un joven me asistió con uno.||Al segundo día cuando ya teníamos que bajar por el desayuno, bajé a las 8am porque con dos hijos pequeños era para mi imposible bajar a las 7am, y cuando bajamos el panorama era terrible en el comedor del segundo nivel del área de Lomas estaba reservado con un grupo de turistas (es lo que me dijeron y que debía ir al primer nivel) y el resto de huéspedes no podía acceder y en el primer nivel había una cola de más de 20 personas esperando, y los que estaban sentados apenas y tenían las tazas puestas pero no había nada en la mesa nadie estaba tomando desayuno, es decir todos esperaban, los que estaban sentados y los que estaban en cola por una mesa. Cabe señalar que en ambos comedores solo una persona atendía las mesas, tanto en zona playa como en Lomas. Al ver esto nisiquiera hice cola y me fui. En ese mismo momento, habían varias personas quejándose en recepción acerca esa situación.||Comprendo totalmente que es temporada alta, Enero y Febrero pero también deben tener una preparación y organización para estas fechas porque todos pagamos un servicio y todos merecemos la atención por igual. En ese sentido, mi crítica va para que sepan hacer un plan de trabajo en estos casos, quizás más personal en esas fechas y preveer todos esos detalles como el agua, el ventilador, en otros casos el televisor y todo eso para que la experiencia de sea buena para todos. El mejor marketing es el de recomendación porque has vivido una experiencia agradable en mi caso tengo dos familiares que van a Máncora, Vichayito y definitivamente no les recomiendo quedarse en Costa Blanca para nada.||Me olvidaba, la persona que decía ser administrador llamado Eduardo, para nada amable y su tono de voz no era el adecuado para Atención...
